The IRS says it has stopped targeting the tea party — but three years later, the tax agency is still holding on to the sensitive information it pried from the conservative groups through invasive questions, and officials are even vowing to make the answers public. Groups caught up in the scandal say that is proof the targeting is continuing, and they want the IRS to expunge the information or, at the very least, to make sure it is never released. Obama administration officials insist they have stopped targeting but say the groups are at fault for following the misguided IRS requests

This is just more examples of Fascism by the Democrats. The things they are doing to others are unspeakable. If the Republicans targeted a Democrat group, all hell would break lose.

Somebody in the IRS developed this list of misguided questions. I would wonder whether those folks were punished if I didn't already know they weren't. And wouldn't it be interesting to know who directed the questions be formulated? And it would be interesting to know who approved the content of these questions? Maybe the agency's Inspector General will answer these requests, but then again, who am I kidding?

No surprise that Obama is using the IRS data for targeting, the information has been shared with the DNC and the Obama Campaign using their network of private servers , of which Hillary’s bathroom server was merely one.
This is fascism, pure and simple.

A GREAT issue for Trump to take control of...if he wasn’t so busy sounding like a cry baby and saying stupid things.
All he needs to do is promise his Justice Department will do a full-up INVESTIGATION and will put people in JAIL that are found to have broken the law.
