AND NOW... amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke... it is time for... that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-The-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and hes not retiring until every American agrees with him - do NOT doubt him - with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (thats Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! Americas anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A real man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do host. Get ready to what you were born to do listen. And post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread.
I was a daily listener from when I found him looking for news of Saddam’s invasion of Kuwait in 1990.
I stopped when the Rubio praise got to be too much.
He claims to understand that amnesty and unchecked illegal aliens are killing this country but will not ackowledge that is exactly why the establishment is fighting us and Trump so hard. Much harder than they ever opposed Democrats on anything.
The GOP is fully committed to amnesty.
They do not intend to let the citizens elect anyone who would enforce the laws.
“Rush only cares about his syndication and ad revenue.”
NOTHING else.
Down the road, 1/2 of an NFL franchise.
Levin TV promoters?
LMAO!
Yeah, gotta read THIS!

As to your "worship" comment, guh, what a tool you've become with that kind of insult. That you resort to insults so quickly shows your projection capacity re: "Worship".
You have devolved into insults, never have a discussion with anyone, and have become idolatrous in your own special way. You "worship" your candidate far more than any of the Trump supporters I know. You forgive him for saying and doing heinous things, while straining at the gnats around Trump.
You've become a sad case. You might want to rethink what you're doing as so many ex Cruz supporters (like me) have done...........
You want to start a birther movement on Trump’s mother, go right ahead. That won’t help you much with your Cruz crush, though. I have read from mainstream sources that his mother was a citizen at the time of his birth. That’s what I know. Please feel free to provide any information you have to the contrary.
You're wrong. Registered Repubicans absolutely show up and vote during the Iowa caucus, and they vote by candidate for the delegates. Any voter registered as a Republican can attend.
There was no voting in Colorado that was open to all registered Republicans.
The short time I listened to him today, he tried! He really, really tried! Listened to the gestapo BS with CNN and then I shut him off!
How many "votes" did Cruz get?
“Colorado does have a convoluted process. Other caucus states have the people choose their national delegates directly at the caucus.”
Seriously? Seriously? Do you check things before you post such assertions? Or are you a fake trying to make Trump supporters by pretending to be the stereo type of a Trump supporter.
http://2016iowacaucus.com/how-iowa-caucus-works/
“The purpose of the caucus vote is to select delegates to attend a county convention. Each caucus sends a certain number of delegates, based on the population it represents. The delegates at the county convention in turn select delegates to go to the congressional district state convention, and those delegates choose the delegates that go to the national convention.”
Can you link us to where you were complaining about the Iowa process like you are the Colorado process.
I have been at the political involvement game a long time. It used to be called “good citizenship.” I lost count long ago of how many local political mass meetings I attended, how many city conventions, how many state conventions. I do remember that I attended two national conventions, for Nixon in 1972 and Reagan in 1976. That’s how it has been done since the founding. Voting in an open primary, where democrats can pick the GOP nominee, is a fairly recent thing.
I see no advantage to it. The party should be run by the party.
Not reading long articles. If you can't show how the Republican voters in Colorado had as much opportunity to vote and participate as those in Iowa, then you need to stop posting false information.
And the Iowa caucuses are a cumbersome, restrictive setup that discourages many from participating. 800,000 participated in the Republican primary in Alabama.
What is it that you are missing about the freedom to associate? Political parties are private entities, run by its members, who choose to associate for the purpose of nominating candidates and adopting platforms. If the party chooses to nominate as Colorado did, with 60,000 participants, that is entirely their business. If you have a problem with that, you have a problem with a great American tradition. There is no “right” of anyone to vote for a party’s nominee. The party decides for itself how it will be done. If not the party, who. The government?
I hope this post was not too long.
The above from your post #92. Stop going off on tangents, and show the vote tally where tens of thousands of Colorado Republicans voted for the presidential candidate of their choice as was done in Iowa, if Colorado was no different than Iowa.
How many voted for Cruz? For Trump? For Kasich? Or any others?
Can you link us to where you were complaining about the Iowa process like you are the Colorado process.
What people have complained about Iowa is that it has not selected the eventual Republican nominee in an contested primary since George W. Bush in 2000, Bob Dole in 1996, and Gerald Ford in 1976. Are the Republicans in Iowa disconnected from the rest of the country, is there something about the process that's missing the mood of the people, or does it just stink to go first?
My complaint still is that the caucus puts too many layers of party between the voter and the delegate for it to be truly representative.

You are welcome. I understand your general complaint about caucus v. primary. Of course unless you are a Republican it is their nominee they are picking.
It is not a national election that is controlled by the government. It is a process constructed by members of a private club to decide who IN the club will represent the club in the general election. It is not surprising to me that a club might not want to be represented by someone who has not been a consistent member of the club.
GOP nominee for president is NOT a public office. It is merely one person one group is putting forth to run for a public office.
As for Iowa, conventional wisdom is that the Iowa GOP voters are more Christian conservatives than the rest of the GOP. So that is probably wrong. If you consider where the GOP wins, the south and the mountain states, I think maybe retail politics of Iowa did not translate easily to the mass media states of Texas, Florida, etc.
Iowa does not have a higher proportion of Evangelicals than the national average, they just turn out more for the GOP. It is proof that Evangelicals can be a force beyond their numbers.
And Iowa does have a higher proportion of mainstream denominations, which, with more Catholic eastern Iowa, accounts for the liberal bent.
That is the disconnect I am speaking of. To the professional party apparachiks, you or I who are caucus goers are not really IN the club, even though we call ourselves Republicans and they let us participate in some of the public rituals. That's why they have the two layers of party insiders between the casual Republican and the insider Republican to decide things.
