Rushbo is tripping over his heels backing up. He said the parties were not public organizations but private clubs, that if we/Trump didn't understand that shame on us.
So be it. I'd like to see the GOPee down for the count. Short of that, I'd like to see that 'club' become a lot more exclusive.
Ok, I’m guilty of not listening but what did this caller say that’s causing such uproar?
It’s not an election. It’s a party process choosing a candidate for the election. Party rules are free to be whatever the party decides.
The only reason the selection is generally democratic is to get as many people to support the party.
If they anger enough people, though they get whom they want as the candidate, they will lose the election.
If enough people want something different, they form their own party.
I was there and remember that sign.

Caller is an idiot. Trump and his campaign are working very hard. He doesn’t just “show up” and expect votes. That’s why the Colorado GOPe tweeted “We did it, never Trump”.

That would be fine except that these two “private clubs” have control of our national elections.
They have set the rules for ballot access to insure that they dominate the government. They are a cartel, a two party monopoly.
But this isn’t a game. This is our right to vote. And with their games and byzantine rules they are mocking our ability to choose who will govern us.
Americans won’t tolerate this.
Does anyone know what happened today in New Jersey? The judge was supposed to issue a ruling today. He’ll probably kick the can down the road and say Cruz is of course a citizen, after all he was born here, right?
I’m not listening and many others are not.
Maybe the GOPe picked up the slack.
