Wrong buddy boy your Cruz thinks that he’s the smartest person in the room (when he surely is not) and that my friend makes him very dangerous. Perhaps Canada needs him more than us — he should bestow his gift onto his country of origin.

That’s right. Keep up the bully tactics and the insults.

Surely that will convince us Cruzers to support Donald, right?

I actually think that is a good idea. It would be chivalrous.

"Chivalrous?! I'm this nation's savior! We don't have time for chivalrous!"

Savage is nuts. But how about this: Cruz can renounce Colorado results if Trump gives up the 22% delegate benefit he gains from the overall system.

The rules are the rules. Whiny Donald is not above them.

I think it’s nice that once again, Cruz reveals himself as the smirking white conservative Republican asshat member of GOP Inc that he truly is.

Cruz didn’t set Colorado rules, he merely got out there and hustled!

What is all of this talk about hustle? Hustle as in fraud and swindle? They offer the delegates trips and “goodies” for votes. This is not the hustle you are thinking of. This is fraud.

Trump supporters are the ones suffering from “battered wife syndrome.” Michelle Fields being Exhibit A.

When were the rules published?

Did Cruz write the rules in CO?

Does Trump have a higher % of delegates than votes in the pub primaries?

Are you trying to deflect?
.

August, No, Yes, Yes.

Trump’s lack of preparation does not register as an emergency on my give-a-crap meter.

Illegally striking Trump delegates and alternates from the ballots and replacing them with Cruz delegates isn't a "lack of preparation," it's just outright political hackery and shenanigans.

Same with passing an unethical resolution forbidding delegates from voting for Trump, purposefully designed to intimidate and silence Trump supporters at the conventions.

Party primaries are not constitutional processes. They are intra-party processes to select candidates any which way they choose.

What it does do is expose the true motives of the ruling class, because the people don't differentiate the primary vote from the Constitutional office vote when they see their "vote" taken away from them.

Even though primary voting is a sham, the reputational damage to the party is enormous when they play fast and loose with the process.

Cruz is now the establishment/insider candidate.

Cruz has been in politics ALL HIS LIFE.

And, if he somehow pulled this off and became the nominee, he will get

destroyed. You cruz-bots, your glee is short lived. Very very short lived.

“Those delegates were from actual votes not party hacks in a back room deal”

As posted upthread: Trump needs to renounce all the delegates he got in SC with only 33% of the vote. He got 100% of the delegates, all 50.

Indeed, I don’t think Cruz could ever get past his poor presentation: nobody liked the smartest kid in the sixth grade, and Ted is that kid all grown up and ready for the big show.

Nuts!

Hell NO!

That would be like a turkey lobbying for Thanksgiving! We are a nation of laws. We are a Party of rules. Hate them? Then revise them BEFORE HAND. Until then, get a clue as a campaign and MASTER them! (Which is what Mr Trump is belatedly going to do now with GOP rules-wizard and delegate-hunter extraordinaire Paul Manafort aboard.) If there was malfeasance, sue the Cruz Camp or the State Parties. Problem is, more of incompetence here than malfeasance. Go home and burn your delegate credentials over your kitchen countertop all you want, but FIRST follow the delegate selection rules.

That’s what an honorable person would do.

But, of course, St. Ted is devoid of honor.
