Albany, NY
Albany is the capital of the U.S. state of New York and the seat of Albany County. Roughly 150 miles north of New York City, Albany developed on the west bank of the Hudson River, about 10 miles south of its confluence with the Mohawk River. Population: 98,424

He ruled that no BC was entered into evidence, so fake or not, the evidence was good enough.
It's mildly entertaining to speculate how the judge will find that Cruz can be on the ballot, but there should be little doubt, the judge will rule Cruz is eligible. The law has no role in this process, other than providing a venue to further condition public belief.
His role is not to rule so that the decision on constitutionality is made by the SCOTUS The only court who can settle this
THUS he will rule to move it upward to higher court
ANY ruling moves it to a higher court. The one most likely to get attention is the controversial one, that Cruz is NOT eligible. That would surely be appealed!! But that is not the ruling he will make. This issue has to die, and the less public attention the case gets, the better.
“Must be Cruz political plants...”
I’ve tangled with a couple myself today and I think they are plants because they don’t make a lot of sense and do a lot of name calling/ad hominem attacking.
Horrible!

“Lida Rose” is my favorite BSQ piece.
Thanks for posting the “Fox & Friends” this morning. Its so nice to not have to view Fox, but have the clip to enjoy. I do not watch Fox.
DONALD J. TRUMP is coming to the Burgh!!!
DJT will be doing a Town Hall, this Wednesday at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial at 5:30 w/Fox news Sean Hannity. I’m excited and NOT gonna lie, WORRIED...Soldiers and Sailors is on (sorta) the University of Pittsburgh Campus.
Since a quick turn around, hope BLM and usual crowd doesn’t have time to organize.
Pittsburgh?
Ooops! It’s. TWOFER event!!!
Second one will be in the evening (7p) at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center!
Yes, Pittsburgh.
First event (Soldiers and Sailors) borders the Pitt Campus (the Oakland neighborhood); second one sorta “dahntahn”’ at the (large!) Convention Center.
The Pittsburgh Penguins have an NHL playoff game Wednesday night or am sure DJT would have opted for Consol Energy Center.
I’m jazzed!
Are you going to make either event? I’d op for the first
( ancestors from Indiana county PA)
Nan (hope it’s ok I call you that)
I am Catholic, but I don’t think it matters what religion one is to say certain prayers - He and His assistants hear our prayers. I loved what you said - it was beautiful and I agree. We all need someone above to go into battle for us now. I know and believe He is watching over us, but IMHO it doesn’t hurt to give Him some assistance and ask for help from some of His able warriors.
I’m happy you enjoyed it! I liked it, too :-)
It is a great song for BSQ. Hope you enjoyed it.
Very exciting for you. PA is a state Trump really needs for sure.
You’re welcome!
I’m fairly selective which programs I watch on Fox now (after listening to almost all the programs before and after work for years). I still have my coffee every morning with Fox & Friends in the background while reading FR and I think they are fair (and they like Trump - he used to call in every Monday morning for sometime prior to running). I find myself switching more to Fox Biz Channel and only for a while. I basically have the programs on in the background. If I’m sitting down to watch something, it’s usually what’s on HGTV, reruns of Blue Bloods, Castle or NCIS I haven’t seen or turning to Xfinity on demand and occasionally Hannity (definitely no more Megyn for me!).
Thank you, PJ.
I’m going to try for the second one (at the Convention Center). Parking will be (somewhat) easier. Soldiers and Sailors is in the heart of Oakland near both Pitt; CMU; and MANY UPMC hospitals/medical buildings. Parking on a weekday there is crazy without an “extra” event.
Just learned also that DJT has an office set up in the Jonnet Building in Monroeville. I’m going to stop there and sign up to volunteer.
Just got a local tv update, St Ted will be gracing an “eastern suburb of Pittsburgh” at 3:30 on Wednesday. If I can’t make the Trump rallies, maybe I can protest Cruz.
You could make an exception to Jeanine Pirro, usually on Saturday evening. Yesterday, her opening statement was again great, criticized the GOP establishment.
