Yeah, and, boy, you should have heard Rush bend over backwards to justify this today. Cruz is just “playing by the rules” (you know, the ones that the people making the rules can change at will to make NEW rules) and there’s no way that this qualifies as cheating (as if denying people a decision-making role in choosing the candidate of their party is perfectly fine).

The ruling elite class has signaled that it is going to abandon the NBC clause. It did so by seating Obama without so much as a word questioning whether a dual citizen is eligible for the office.
I use the example of a stretch of public roadway that one knows is not policed. If you know it is not policed, then driving 150MPH on that road has no consequence. The same principle applies to NBC clause. It isn't policed, and it isn't going to be policed.
To the extent the public becomes aware of this, it should consider the legitimacy of the courts and legislature who claim to be upholding the constitution. I for one see them as having the same legitimacy the mafia does. Do I follow what I'm told by the mafia? You bet, they will use force if i don;t comply. Does that make them legitimate? You decide.
Another thought. Mary Ann and Sam were colleagues on that bench !

I disagree. The courts are against Trump as much or even more than the uniparty is. The more Trump pushes this, the more they "dig in."

He opened his show demanding that cruz disavow Colorado and call for an election there. That he claims to be a constitutional conservative and he should act like one. Savage puts the onus on cruz.

On this issue, you will not find an honest judge. The tools used to bury the law are myriad, see PA Supreme Court's order, three lines, zero substance. All a court has to do is ignore precedents that cut against the outcome. Indiana Supreme Court did this with self defense against unlawful attack by police. Just flat out ignore what they don't like.
I doubt the people will ever wake up - or if they do, they'll be intimidated to keep mum, just like the mafia, but the uniforms aren't as snazzy.

I can’t honestly think of any president that has had to deal with millions of people who want to drop their Party and start a new one. Trump has a lot of issues coming at him from all sides.
He knows he’s the head of a Movement that is trying to redefine a Party that has TOO much Power from foreign interest and are deaf to millions of American’s. He is throwing issues out in the open to the horror of the Party and our Party is PANICED to see the hidden secrets reviled. They will do Anything to stop our cleansing!
