Good morning nikos! Good morning all! What a fiery rally yesterday eh? That’s our candidate- Mr. DJT! Kudos to that preacher and his opening introduction. Just a reminder- ALL LIVES MATTER!

Here in the southwest US we are experiencing some really pleasant and quite mild weather. A few spotty showers passed through Sunday, but nothing measurable.

I’m leaving for California, tomorrow. I’m going to help a person in their 70’s, and a person in their 80’s, both of whom open their shared home to hikers passing through- all attempting to hike the Pacific Crest Trail, from the US-MX border, to the US-CN border, 2,650 miles in length, in one season. I’ve attempted the same hike myself, every single year since first trying in 2012. I’m taking another go at it in 2016, hoping to git’ er’ dun’ this time.

Hi Davey, I’m saddened today. Need a pick up from my Trump Family. What I’m referring to is the Colorado mess. This is scary stuff and way too many Cruz supporters are okay with cheating people out of votes so long as their candidate benefits. I pray to God this is not the new norm in our society. Legal voter suppression is what it amounts to. And that is frightening because I remember what Reince Prebis said, “The Party will pick the nominee.” And Cruz supporters think Donald Trump is bad?????

==

Tool Fools for Hillary, and why I am convinced no real FReeper can support Cruz. Must be Cruz political plants, cause no real Freeper could justify these 3rd world political tactics of denying the will of the people.

Trump has millions more conservative votes than Cruz, so let’s give the nomination to the loser, that’s winning idea.

I also hope he brings his beautiful Melania with him!

The icing on the Trump cake.

Have you heard her speak? I was impressed. Intellegent, articulate......

Everytime I hear Trump speak I just like him more.

Everytime.

Wagner's challenge was dismissed by the Federal Court in the District of Utah on jurisdiction grounds. He's a voter, not a candidate. I think his appeal is co-pending in the 10th Circuit and as a petition for cert to SCOTUS.

"I think Trump knows that he is engaged in the political equivalent of a hostile takeover."

Excellent post, and the above quote is the key. I'm sure a businessman of Donald Trump's caliber knows all about hostile takeovers. I'm now reassured, thank you!

-- It's easier to walk away and assume they are getting paid by the word ! --

I enjoy interacting with people I disagree with, provided they argue in good faith and have authority and argument for their conclusions. Most of the "Cruz is NBC" posters don't fit that description. Moseley is a garden variety crank, nothing but assertion, and most of that being obvious lies in light of case law and other authorities. Faced with the authorities, he just repeats the same contentions. I figure he's preaching to his choir, and that an "on the fence" reader has about a 10% chance of siding with him.

Has Williams signed on to that too?
How did Mario Apuzzo get involved and is he involved in any other case

I don't believe Williams has signed on to the Utah case.

I don't know that Apuzzo is involved beyond being an observer like most of us.

Ted Cruz's nationality at center of New Jersey ballot hearing | New York's PIX11 / WPIX-TV - April 11, 2016

MERCERVILLE, N.J. -- A New Jersey judge is weighing whether Sen. Ted Cruz should be disqualified from appearing on the state's presidential primary ballot because he was born in Canada.

Judge Jeff Masin heard arguments Monday on behalf of the Texas Republican and two challengers, including Catholic University of America law professor Victor Williams and a group of concerned New Jersey residents.

Masin says he expects to rule Tuesday on procedural questions and the underlying issue of whether Cruz satisfies the constitutional requirement that the president be a natural-born citizen.

Thank you for that link. Another case to add to the list. In Pennsylvania, Farrell dropped his challenge, and tagged along (even representing) Elliott. I figure the Williams and Powers cases were heard together, in NJ. Same issue.
