North American Law Center to Cruz: ‘Two Weeks to Admit You’re a Fraud – or We Will’

“In 2 weeks the North American Law Center will release proof that Ted Cruz is a fraud. They have issued his campaign a warning that if Cruz doesn’t tell the truth and step down they will release their proof – the truth that so many refused to believe or listen to.” – Karen Bracken

The North American Law Center issued this stark notice to the Cruz campaign on their latest podcast on April 3 (19:00 mark) –

“We’re talking about American citizens (who) think a guy who’s Canadian-born is eligible to be a U.S. president – without any documentation whatsoever. If Ted continues on – we are going to release the files we have, two weeks from tonight, and we will bury Ted Cruz forever in American politics… If we have to stop this guy from defrauding this nation, then we are going to do that.” – J.B. Williams, N.A.L.C.

As of March 22, 2016, the United States has a total resident population of 323,214,999.

And they are telling us that we can’t find a handful of qualified natural born citizens to run for the presidency?

This is not the first time that a court has ruled that red=white. We can only hope the Superior courts will actually refer to the Constitution and case law.

Ummm perhaps you forgetting that several of the first Presidents are not NBC? In fact, the founding fathers knew this and had to build in an exception to the NBC requirement.

The fact is simply this. There are laws of this nation that define who is born and citizen and who has to be naturalized in order to be a citizen. There are laws that exempt certain individuals from having to qualify under those laws. George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, all get a “pass” via the exemption to NBC status in the constitution.

Sen Cruz does not get a “pass” or an exemption. He conforms with and follows the laws as he was born a citizen (natural born) as he has never needed to be and has never been naturalized.

Further, Chester A Aurther’s birthplace is in dispute oh and by the way .... it is in Canada.

Ted Cruz was a Canadian citizen at birth. He has a Canadian birth certificate. When he shows a US birth certificate then he can be said to be a US citizen at birth. When the State Department talks about a child that meets the statutes of Naturalization being considered as a citizen at birth the phrase has a legal definition. It means that although the child is was not a citizen at birth, for the purposes of the act he/she will be considered one. They make the distinction quite clear by stating that meeting the statues for “citizenship at birth” does not imply that they would meet that criterion for other circumstances.

Courts and state election boards have ruled that Ted Cruz is a natural born citizen. Your opinion gives you the right to exclude him from your personal choice of candidates.
There has never been a court ruling at any level of the judiciary that a person who qualifies as a Citizen of the United States At Birth doesn’t also qualify as a natural born citizen. If someone can produce a Certificate of Naturalization for Senator Cruz, then we’d have something interesting to discuss.
No action of the judicial or the legislative branch has invalidated his candidacy and eligibility.
That’s the bottom line unless or until there is a ruling to the contrary.

So Cruz is now to be considered among the esteemed and revered class of our Founding Fathers and First Presidents? He should be grand-fathered as Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Monroe, etc.

Uh, huh.... Where’s the BARF alert?

There is nothing funny about what you are trying to establish -an erosion of the qualifications of the office of the presidency.

God Bless America!

and

God D@mn your globalist agenda.

No there is no requirement for the father to be a citizen.

When they wrote the Constitution, the father transferred citizenship. Regarding eligibility, subsequent statutes cannot change that.

No amendment has been proposed nor ratified.

the FOUNDERS exercised the authority of Congress under Article 1 Section 8 clause four, to clearly establish the precedence that NBC did not need to be born on US soil and NBC status flows from the parents regardless of location.

They realized they had frigged up and quickly fixed it

Obama, Barack Hussein Hawaii

What’s so special about Ted, that he gets a pass?

YEAH BOY!

Even Hussein was smart enough to pretend he was an American.

Hey, I’m fine with that. As long as Heidi and Ted were married prior to 2005, so is the State of Texas.

As of September 1st, 2005, the state of Texas no longer accepts marriages between first cousins. In fact, the language of the new law now deems first cousin as felons! The civil marriage laws and criminal laws were amended

It took me a bit to locate the reference for my earlier response to your post.

8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(23); INA 101(a)(23)) defines naturalization as “the conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after birth by any means whatsoever.”

For the purposes of this subchapter naturalization includes:
(1) Naturalization of an individual adult;
(2) Derivative naturalization acquired through the naturalization of another
(spouses and children);
(3) Collective naturalization, the naturalization of large groups of non-citizens
that has occasionally taken place through legislative enactments following
the acquisition of new territory or other historical event;
(4) Expeditious naturalization; and
(5) “Automatic” acquisition of U.S. citizenship after birth, a form of naturalization by certain children born abroad to U.S. citizen parents or children adopted abroad by U.S. citizen parents.

“Automatic” acquisition of U.S. citizenship after birth, a form of naturalization by certain children born abroad to U.S. citizen parents or children adopted abroad by U.S. citizen parents.
The only citizenship that can be conveyed to children born abroad to citizen parents is the citizenship conveyed by the 14th Amendment which is not Natural Born citizenship. That is available to their descendants who are born to 2 citizen parents.

7 FAM 1131.6-1 Status Generally

(CT:CON-636; 02-24-2016)

Persons born abroad who acquire U.S. citizenship at birth by statute generally have the same rights and are subject to the same obligations as citizens born in the United States who acquire citizenship pursuant to the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

Messed with? No, the defination has been adjusted a few times since the 1700s. Like most of our laws.

The schools have done an abysmal job of teaching it if you look at how many people around during here do the know.

The Founders and members of the 1st United States Congress and members of the 4th Congress are not identical. Some Founders and Framers were in Congress but not all.

When conservative Judges and Justices look to ORIGINAL Intent, they are not looking to 1795, they are looking at the actions of the FIRST Congress and the FIRST Congress said that “children of citizens that may be born beyond the sea or out of the limits of the United States shall be considered as natural born citizens provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States”.

What? You are totally wrong. Absolutely, totally, wrong.

Rep. John A. Bingham,In the United States House on March 9, 1866 commenting upon Section 1992 of the Civil Rights Act, was

"simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution,that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen."

Same as it ever was.
