North American Law Center to Cruz: ‘Two Weeks to Admit You’re a Fraud – or We Will’

“In 2 weeks the North American Law Center will release proof that Ted Cruz is a fraud. They have issued his campaign a warning that if Cruz doesn’t tell the truth and step down they will release their proof – the truth that so many refused to believe or listen to.” – Karen Bracken

The North American Law Center issued this stark notice to the Cruz campaign on their latest podcast on April 3 (19:00 mark) –

“We’re talking about American citizens (who) think a guy who’s Canadian-born is eligible to be a U.S. president – without any documentation whatsoever. If Ted continues on – we are going to release the files we have, two weeks from tonight, and we will bury Ted Cruz forever in American politics… If we have to stop this guy from defrauding this nation, then we are going to do that.” – J.B. Williams, N.A.L.C.

"The dual citizenship came as a surprise to Cruz and his parents when The Dallas Morning News reported on it last August."

"The senator provided a copy of his Canadian birth certificate at the time. He vowed almost immediately to shed his Canadian citizenship, and promised to tell The News first as soon as he succeeded."

“Yes they would. Otherwise they would have put it in the Constitutionext. They were quite familiar with the concept. At that time the fathers citizenship was enough. Later changes to the law made it mother or father.”

No, that is a fairy tale and a fraud. Ted Cruz was either born with no U.S. citizenship whatsoever due to his mother having expatriated as a U.S. citizen to take up Canadian citizenship, or Ted Cruz acquired U.S. citizenship by naturalization. There is not possible way by which Ted Cruz could ever be lawfully regarded as a natural born citizen of the United States.

And Cruz can then say that a precedent was set when BHO - a Kenyan - was elected and confirmed as POTUS.

I just read an article that suggests someone is mounting a successful action to get out the facts on Morningstar of all places.

Ted Cruz Risks Primary Disqualification in New Jersey & Other Late-Primary States, Charges Professor Victor Williams

BETHESDA, Md., April 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ted Cruz risks primary disqualification in New Jersey resulting from charges of ballot access fraud. A primary ballot disqualification hearing is scheduled by the Secretary of State for Monday, April 11 at 9:00 a.m. in Mercerville, New Jersey.

Washington D.C. Law Professor Victor Williams charges that Ted Cruz fraudulently certified his constitutional eligibility for office to gain ballot access. Williams demands that Cruz be disqualified from several late-primary ballots: "Cruz committed ballot access fraud in each state when he falsely swore that he was a 'natural born' American citizen." Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada and held his resulting Canadian citizenship until May 2014. Cruz is a naturalized (not natural born) American citizen.

Williams' fraud charges had quick effect in New Jersey. Rather than accepting Cruz's ballot petition when filed last week, the Secretary of State (Kim Guadagno) scheduled the unusual Administrative Law hearing for April 11. The Canadian-born Cruz must prove that he did not falsely certify his eligibility for office.

Cruz's ballot eligibility is also being challenged in California, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, South Dakota, and Washington.

A news site no one’s ever heard of before that barely shows up on Google, full of proTrump and antiCruz articles is making vague references to some Cruz secret. Seems like a legit source. Probably not an overseas owned propaganda site for Trump at all.

Same questions here .

How could Ted have not known of the Canadian citizenship?

He went to England for some competition when he was in high school; did he go with his mom on her passport, or did he go with her and have his own?

Either way, if it was a US passport, what docs did his mom send in to get him on her passport or get his own passport? A CRBA?

It’s not “proTrump and antiCruz articles”
It’s actually a proAMERICAN reference.

Conservative and nationalistic values preempt candidate worship.

We seek to thwart Cruz from usurping the office of POTUS and setting the precedent for future foreigner usurping contenders.

But IF they have documentary proof that Ted's mom and dad were both Canadian citizens at the time of his birth in Canada, Cruz would not even be a US Citizen without naturalization...and CERTAINLY would not be "Natural Born".

Except that it wouldn't have been possible. Canadian law required that a person had to have lived in Canada for 5 years before they could even apply to be a citizen. His parents moved to Canada in 1967 - Ted was born in 1970. To all but the math-challenged birthers, that eliminates the possibility that they were Canadian citizens at the time he was born.

I know because we have a record of what the founder DID. And what they did is recorded in the Naturalization Act of 1790. Because the founders, in the very first acts of congress said that those born beyond the boundaries and to citizens were as natural born as long as their fathers had resided in the US. And since Sen Cruz’s father did reside in the US, Sen Cruz was born a US citizen at birth and qualifies as an NBC from birth ... according to the founders.

Totally wrong. The act was superseded in 1795 to remove that erroneous use of the phrase, "shall be considered as natural born Citizens:" and changed to "shall be considered as citizens of the United States."

United States Congress, “An act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization; and to repeal the act heretofore passed on that subject” (January 29, 1795).

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, that the children of persons duly naturalized, dwelling within the United States, and being under the age of twenty-one years, at the time of such naturalization, and the children of citizens of the United States, born out of the limits and jurisdiction of the United States, shall be considered as citizens of the United States: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons, whose fathers have never been resident of the United States: Provided also, That no person heretofore proscribed by any state, or who has been legally convicted of having joined the army of Great Britain during the late war, shall be admitted a citizen as foresaid, without the consent of the legislature of the state, in which such person was proscribed.

The official historical notes of the first and fourth Congress of the United States document this change was done intentionally to correct the error of the transcribing clerk in 1790 with James Madison's authority.

It is not? We’re talking about a “news” website that conveniently didn’t exist 3 weeks ago that is clearly Trump propaganda.

You want to calk about candidate worship? I don’t see people running around making things up and presenting it as news to support Cruz.

I am not a Cruz fan. I believe that Cruz showed his quality in Iowa where he won the stae with foul and fraudulent tactics. From then on I have decided not to support him, because he will play the same dirty tricks on America, just the way the present ‘resident in office has done.

That said, I can say that these political extortions are a riot. Resign or else?

If they have the ammo, use it. NOW.

Why wait for Spring?

I doubt they have anything.

Many many thanks for finding this!

I noticed this

“...Cruz’s ballot eligibility is also being challenged in California, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, South Dakota, and Washington.”

Which other states besides PA mentioned upthread, have had challenges brought, as to Ted’s ballot eligibility?

So nothing happened to change the law from 1795 to the 1950s?

We both know changes were made. Just because you don’t like the law doesn’t change it.
