The establishment are text boolean fascists so calling others that name gives them camouflage. ...or so they think.

Pipes is an idiot and a crybaby cuckservative.

None of those statements reflect any kind of neo-fascism.

Fascism is a kind of state-worship.

Does Trump advocate the worship of himself or the state?

No. Not even close.

Unless the phrase “making America great again” is now considered fascist.

The cuckservatives in the GOPe never tire of this “Trump is Hitler” meme.

But it sure gets tiresome.

Neo-fascism is a post–World War II ideology that includes significant elements of fascism. Neo-fascism usually includes ultranationalism, populism, anti-immigration policies or, where relevant, nativism, anti-communism, anti-Marxism, anti-anarchism and opposition to the parliamentary system and liberal democracy.

- ultranationalism - The strong belief that the interests of a particular nation-state are of primary importance. That's a good thing in a country's leader.

- populism - Populism is a political outlook or disposition that appeals to the interests and conceptions (such as hopes and fears) of the general population, especially when contrasting any new collective consciousness to push against the prevailing status quo interests of any predominant political sector. Also, at least sometimes, a good thing.

- anti-immigration policies - Another good thing.

- nativism - a return to or emphasis on traditional or local customs, in opposition to outside influences. Also good.

- anti-communism. Everyone who is not evil is anti-communist.

- anti-Marxism. Everyone who is not evil is anti-Marxist.

- anti-anarchism. Opposing anarchy is also good.

- opposition to the parliamentary system and liberal democracy - Liberal democracy is a political ideology and a form of government in which representative democracy operates under the principles of classical liberalism. It is characterised by fair, free, and competitive elections between multiple distinct political parties, a separation of powers into different branches of government, the rule of law in everyday life as part of an open society, and the equal protection of human rights, civil rights, civil liberties, and political freedoms for all people. Opposition to fair elections, separation of powers, and the rule of law is the only negative on this list.

He’s not rational enough to be a fascist. He’s simply a leftist big-government populist who thinks he’s gong to emulate Obama and run things by his whims. He don’t need no steenkin system, right? Who cares about the three branches of government - Obama proved that you can completely ignore our 200+ year old success and do whatever crazy dictatorial thing that crosses your mind.

I don’t think Trump is a neo-fascist. He is simply a poorly informed bullshit artist.

...and a President who sidesteps the Constitution, disregards Congress, refers to the Constitution as a document of negative liberties, who wants to increase the ranks of the Democrat party through unbridled immigration,
who loves to spend money, who levels charges of racism based upon skin color, is, what?

Just asking.

There is a word for anything we on the left don’t like and its “racism” unless it’s “sexism. “. If neither work we can dust off homophobia and when all else fails let’s drop the “neo-fascist” schtick cause anything with “neo” in it make us sound cool.

Clearly, Trump is very weak on Constitutional issues. FR has little business supporting him.

Neo-facism?

I would label Mister trump simply as a fascist, but hey, "neo-fascism" fits a bit better.

Mister trump certainly loves to strike the El Duce pose, doe he not?

Wrong. liberalism is the new fascism.

Try to disagree with a liberal on a college campus and you’ll find that out quickly.

No Mr. Pipe. Trump is a Nationalist. So am I. Nationalists believe in their “Nation” and put their “Nation’s” interests before “Foreign” or any other “Interests”. Otherwise, why have a Nation to begin with?

And when Onambla confiscated the medical sector. . . .

Onambla and Hillary embarked on the Arab Spring campaign of regime decapitation and subsequent islamization. . .

Armed Iran with the bomb and a hundred bill of bombing around money. . . .

When Onambla and Hillary conspire to launder foreign money in exchange for classified information. . . .

Pipes is generally valid in exposing anti-Israel propaganda-- --though he slips into delusion discussing moderate islam.

Now he's seen "Trump 2016" chalked on a sidewalk and he hears jackboots drumming on cobblestones.

There is a word for that: insanity.

Ted Cruz for President
By Daniel Pipes — May 2, 2016
http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/434795/ted-cruz-2016-republicans-choose-real-conservatives

As a conservative who believes in individual responsibility, limited government, free markets, caution in making social changes, and a robust foreign policy, all my adult life I have been a Republican and (with the single exception of an eccentric race for attorney general in Philadelphia, when the Democrat was tougher than the Republican) I always vote Republican.

But the Republican presidential primary of 2016 is unlike any other because the most popular candidate — Donald J. Trump – not only ignores conservative values but, to put it delicately, lacks the knowledge, experience, dignity, and character to serve as president of the United States.

(Snip)

Opposing Trump goes without saying; but whom to support? (To be clear, we are talking about my personal support, unconnected to the non-profit I head.) Other than Trump, I could have endorsed any of the original 17 Republicans (yes, even Chris Christie). But because the field was so large and confused (remember when Scott Walker led the pack?), I hung back, waiting for the emergence of a clear alternative to Trump.

Senator Cruz clearly became that alternative when Marco Rubio withdrew.

I’ve met Cruz a few times and was impressed by him. More importantly, I admire his emphasis on following the Constitution and controlling government spending. I have closely followed his positions in my two bailiwicks, the Middle East and Islamism, where he has shown bold consistency. Examples:
