From the attorney's blog:
"Before I simply release the records in my possession, I must exhaust all judicial remedies. Accordingly, invoking Supreme Court Rule 22.4, I am renewing the Application with a second Justice, the estimable Clarence Thomas. I will wait to see what he says before taking my next step."
Justice Roberts denied his application. Now we will see what Justice Thomas does.

From Wikipedia:
Ultimately, ABC News, after going through what was described as "46 lb" [21 kg] of phone records, decided that none of the potential clients[13] was sufficiently "newsworthy" to bother mentioning.[14] On July 9, 2007, Palfrey released the supposed entirety of her phone records for public viewing and downloading on the Internet in TIFF format, though days prior to this, her civil attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley had dispatched 54 CD-ROM copies to researchers, activists, and journalists. Senator David Vitter (R-LA) acknowledged on the night of July 9 that he had been a customer of her escort service.[15]

Sibley told the Associated Press that his client posted the phone records of her escort service on the Internet yesterday, four days after a federal judge lifted a restraining order preventing their publication. The records were included in a series of files on a Web site devoted to Palfrey's legal defense fund.

This crap is so idiotic that only psychopaths are pushing it. Starting with the lawyer and right on down to every Trumper who continues the BS. There is absolutely no evidence that Cruz is in this black book and anyone that says there is evidence is lying.

Meanwhile, the only candidate we know for sure who screwed around on his wife is Donald “Make Russia Strong Again” Trump.

What this attorney said was he would file to ask if he could release them, if the courts came back and said no, he would dare them to find him in contempt after he drops them....and Anonymous already has dropped a lot to them, and they will the rest...
Cruz is going down, it's just a matter of when the attorney drops time and when Anonymous does their thing, but they will...

Trump most likely wouldn't be on the DC Madam's list. He had other sources available to him back then to "meet his needs."
Of course, not saying specifically that he used the services of Jeffrey Epstein, whom he termed a "terrific guy."

So we won’t find out Trunp was a bottom to black male prostitutes?
Oh no!
How will Trunp recover from his scandal caused by his love of being a bottom to black male prostitutes?

Didn’t read your post - I was told you called me the nastiest things one had ever read on FR. Think whatever you want. Just posting my dissent, if that is still allowed.

I don’t understand how this can be good news for Cruz.
Good news would be for the full release to happen, and nothing found in there to incriminate him.
That would vindicate all the Cruz supporters who claim, without any proof, that this is just a smear campaign.
And there’s always the prospect of other high and mighty politicians being exposed, and that can’t be a bad thing.
I would think they would want the release to happen, and yet they celebrate at the prospect of the evidence remaining sealed.
Go figure.
