PayPal is withdrawing plans to open an operations center in Charlotte, N.C., in reaction to the state overturning a local law that would have let transgender people use public bathrooms that match their gender identities.
Last week, North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory signed House Bill 2, which prevents cities from protecting gay and bisexual people from discrimination, and specifically restricts transgender individuals' rights to use restrooms and other facilities that don’t match their "biological sex."
As PayPal CEO Dan Schulman wrote in a statement: "The new law perpetuates discrimination and it violates the values and principles that are at the core of PayPal's mission and culture. As a result, PayPal will not move forward with our planned expansion into Charlotte."

These freaks imply that some cherished constitutional right has been ripped away from them. This country has gone off the rails.

Big business is crony-capitalist. They seek favors and benefits from our massive government, and they know big government is represented by the progressive-left. So that is where they fall.
Both parties are part of the same hypocrisy.
Increasingly, if the Republicans won’t take a stand for the values we all cherish, they are making an argument for us to vote for Bernie Sanders as a way to punish corporate America for its treasonous behavior.
Boycott PayPal, where possible
I’ll fully admit I haven’t looked for this myself, but has there been any national polling on this “issue” (cross-dressers invading bathrooms for the opposite gender)?
If not, that speaks volumes. It seems only the celebrity and corporate elites are “outraged” about this. I’m sure the average person is fine with people being told to use bathrooms based upon the parts they possess.
Then again, who knows anymore. This world has gone batbleep crazy.

they are just using this as an excuse to reduce overhead.
Just like companies used 2008 to slash the workforce rather than wait for retirements.
These corporations should shut their mouths until they convert all their restrooms to gender neutral bathrooms.
Sanders would simply increase the cronyism. Yes, he would expect more in taxes, but at the same time, as even more decisions fall to government apparatchiks, so there would be even more rent-seeking and corruption. Sanders would just make the insiders, and politically-connected, richer, while further bankrupting the middle class.
This is the unavoidable nature of socialism everywhere.
Transgenders are such a small part of the population to have such power to have so many companies insist they get to violate my privacy in the bathroom!

interesting how the managers of a corporation can use its shareholders’ investments to promote non-corporate, not-profit-making sociological “goals” that have nothing to do with the purpose of the firm
