Feminist actress and comedian Lena Dunham, who falsely portrayed herself as a victim of sexual assault in her 2014 memoir, flashed her genitals on HBO’s Girls on Sunday.
In the episode titled “Hello Kitty,” Dunham’s character Hannah, who is a teacher, sat down with her school’s principal to discuss a series of complaints lodged against her.

OMG they showed her going to the bathroom?? And being HBO they can show everything, not just imply what was going on.
Off topic, but, is there any reason to show bathroom functions??? We hear about gratitious sex in movies, but sometimes it is actually germane to the plot. I have a hard time thinking of any situatikn where characters doing their business is important to the storyline.

Makes me think of that scene in “Jaws” in which Roy Scheider and the others discover the remains of that woman who was the first victim of the shark at the beginning of the movie (if my memory serves me correctly, even the Scheider character tossed his lunch after seeing the gruesome remains).
