'I'm not confident which pedal I'd push': Ted Cruz jokes with Jimmy Kimmel about RUNNING OVER Trump, admit his childhood acting dreams and clashes with host about patrols Muslim neighborhoods
Texas Senator made the joke after an April Fools' Day prank idea was aired He also discussed Obamacare on Jimmy Kimmel Live, calling it a 'disaster' Cruz spoke about Muslim patrols as a way to protect US from radicalization Kimmel agreed to disagree with Republican presidential candidate's views The idea for the prank was to stick pictures of the GOP hopeful to the reverse cameras of cars so people would think they are about to back into him.
Discussing the trick, Cruz joked: 'If I were in my car getting ready to reverse and saw Donald in the back-up camera, I'm not confident which pedal I'd push.'
Cruz brought up the prank after being asked by Kimmel who he liked the least: Trump or President Obama.
'Look, I dislike Obama's policies more, but Donald is a unique individual,' said Cruz to the ABC host. Ted Cruz agreed to disagree with Jimmy Kimmel on opinions regarding Obamacare and Muslim patrols during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live +5

Kimmel then joked about the public perception of Cruz as an unpopular man amongst his colleagues.
He said that perversely, his strategy in this race seemed to be hanging around until voters and his political peers realized they hated all the other candidates more than him.
Kimmel said that this has already happened with Senator Lindsey Graham, who has reluctantly endorsed Cruz because he can't bear to support Trump.

“Ted yuks it up, trying to deflect from the mistress bomb.”
Do you mean this...

I never said you were crazy. I went back and read the post I wrote.
Sorry I even misread your post. I apologize. I am glad you are not a cruzer.
So which girlfriend will Ted have in the car with him when he runs over Trump.
HA HA. See how funny I can be!
LOL Great minds ...
If Trump said this..media headline
“TRUMP THREATENS CRUZ’S LIFE ON KIMMEL”
Actually, that’s a funny line from the sometimes staid Cruz.
The snowflake label was coined to describe modern day students in higher ED. They are so delicate and easily damaged that the slightest exposure to an idea they don’t one hundred percent agree with traumatizes them. They demand and receive safe spaces where they are guaranteed not to hear anything that could offend their fragile psyches.
Hence, snowflakes, which crumble at the first exposure to the real world.
Don’t watch it but my understanding is that it is a COMEDY show.
Sorry, the hypocrisy is yours. I think neither “shoot someone on 5th avenue” or “run Trump over” is serious. They are both jokes.
But it’s the GOPe and now the Cruzers who want to make every single statement Trump utters as something evil.
And you guys should be ashamed. At the very least, you have cost your guy the nomination, even if he gets close (which he won’t). Cruz has so alienated the Trump supporters they will never vote for him. Rightly so.
He is not pro abort, and wasn’t he dead to you before his comments about not prosecuting women that have had abortions?
He is correct constitutionally, if he is referring to women that have done that before a law gets passed.
Perhaps we all need to lighten up, take an obvious, good-natured joke for what it was, and stop trying to turn every single thing written about our opposition candidate into a club to beat that candidate with?
So you can bury your head? When tough questions need to answered, Ted hides behind Carly.
Don’t change a thing in Trump-world!
Happy to keep watching you all digging that nice hole.
OOOH, DID YOU HEAR WHAT HE SAID!
He OWNS “thou shalt not lie”.
So if Trump said that he’d like to run Cruz over that would be categorized as a joke?
Got it.
