Hillary Clinton on Monday called on Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa to "step up and do his job," just hours after he warned the former secretary of state that law enforcement was coming for her.
"He should hold a hearing, and he should schedule it as soon as the Senate returns from recess," Clinton said .

Grassley brushed off Clinton's comments as an effort to evade talking about news that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is reportedly going to begin questioning Clinton's aides, and eventually Clinton herself, about her use of a private server as secretary of state.
"With all the troubles she's getting on email, and the FBI's going to question her, I would imagine she'd want to change the tone of her campaign," Grassley told Politico.
"This is simply a blatant attempt by Secretary Clinton to politicize the Supreme Court and to change the conversation after a damaging story about her in The Washington Post," Grassley said

I believe the FBI, at some point, will recommend an indictment.
After that......
Mrs. Clinton is untouchable, because the FBI is controlled by the AG who is controlled by POTUS. This is all happy talk designed to keep the pot simmering without boiling over.
I think the Attorney General and the White House are kinda stuck. At least right now....they can control this. January of 2017, President Trump? Independent prosecutor? They might dig into a bunch of things that related to Hillary and who signed off to do what. So I’d lay money that some kind of charge will occur by late June, and she has to resign from the campaign. I think this is why Bloomberg keeps getting discussed....it’ll be him and Trump in the running.
The Kenyan and his Lynch have Clinton’s back. We live in a lawless nation. “Touching” somebody is a worse offense than putting the nation’s secret out there for everyone to see.
I am just saying.
The guy has that something about him.
I understand he’s talking about a (very) well-connected, very influential lady, but I wouldn’t at the same time, want to bet against him.
He’s just got something about him.
Maybe.
Exactly. Clinton will walk. Somehow, someway Clinton walks. The leaks keep coming and coming of some very serious crimes. Any other human on the planet would have long ago been locked up. So even with all of what we know of the laws she has flagrantly broken, she still dallies about.
To me, this means that is clear evidence that they are setting the stage to let her go with nothing more than a “stern warning” stating that, yes, mistakes were made and that steps have now been taken to improve the process going forward so this never happens again, but... Clinton walks.
Clinton may be considered untouchable. She’ll be “touched” the same way as Petraeus. She won’t be charged so an indictment can’t follow. She does run the risk of appearing before a judge that may or may not go along with the plea bargain.
Her only out at this point is to claim her medical situation has worsened and she needs constant medical attention. That, of course, will mean she’s out of the race. That will delay proceedings until Obama pardons her on his way out of office.
Yawn....
Any other human on the planet would have long ago been locked up.

AGREE! imho, this woman will never be prosecuted and, with the way things are going, she may be next Pres. Then, may GOD help us.
Obama is going to let her go.
That is why there are 150 FBI Agents investigating Hillary.
Obama knows all about revenge.
He knows that Hillary is a liar and that President Hillary will take revenge on him.
He’ll make some odd statements, but he won’t help her.
Will the media talk about Hillary’s lack of candidate as viability and delegates pledges? Media seems to report about Trump Convention, Twitter forwarding to Cruz, and desperation of debates with other candidate.
