In a recorded video, the black female student appears to get physical after telling the white student he was appropriating black culture.
There’s a right way and a wrong way to confront someone you think is appropriating an aspect of your culture. And one student could find herself on the wrong side of things after a video has gone viral.
San Francisco State has launched an investigation after a video of a black student confronting a white student was posted online.
The black female student apparently took issue with the white guy’s choice of hairstyle. In the video, she can be heard telling him that he is appropriating her culture.
“You’re saying that I can’t have a hairstyle because of your culture? Why?” the man says.
“Because it’s my culture,” she says.
He then goes on to state that Egyptian people also wore dreads.
“Are you Egyptian? Nah, man, you’re not,” he says.
She then asks, “Wait, where’s Egypt? Tell me.”

If blacks want to live in a cultural ghetto and have exclusive “safe spaces”, they should return to them.
But you can’t say “we have to segregate here, but have to be allowed everywhere else, too”, much less “we can use and mock your culture, but we’re beyond criticism, contempt or even mimicry, which is supposed to be the sincerest form of flattery”.
The kid with the dreadlocks was doing a perfect imitation of Jesse Pinkman. That woman is an idiot.

Well, that plus the documented battery on the student reporter.
If she’s employed, i.e. has a job, isn’t she then appropriating white culture?
Was she topless? Because if not then she was appropriating our culture.
Dreadlocks are the hairstyle of the unkempt across the world.
No race owns a stinky, gross hairstyle.

Her name is Bonita Tindle and reports say she is an employee (soon to be former) of the university.
Why does she thing another persons hair is any of her freaking business??
