Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is threatening to skip CNN's town hall interview Tuesday night over the network's treatment of him.
"Wow, @CNN has nothing but my opponents on their shows," he wrote on Twitter. "Really one-sided and unfair reporting. Maybe I shouldn't do their town-hall tonight!"
Trump and rivals Ted Cruz and John Kasich are scheduled to be interviewed by the network in Wisconsin, one week before the state's primary.
Trump has repeatedly threatened during his campaign to skip big events — and he's followed through at time.

Trump has been in the public eye for 40 years. There are decades of masses that had a perception of him before his formal foray into politics.

Nah, some of the hard-core Cruzers are just full of hate and venom. They can’t contain it.
They truly are backing the proper candidate for their condition.
That is a little over the top, don't you think? I dislike Trump because of his juvenile name-calling and insults. He behaves in an ugly manner. I also do not believe he can deliver on his promises.
He's ginning up interest. Thousands will watch, not to see Cruz, but to see him.
These town halls are his best forum, IMO.

BTW - what keeps the other candidates from calling into CNN?

Actually, what I want is a president who refuses to buy into a lousy idea just because it’s accepted or because it’s tradition.
So, yes. I’d prefer that in the general election that the candidate control where and when he debates and not the party.
It’s a matter of using God given intelligence.
One of these joint news conference Q&A’s that goes by the name of ‘debate’ isn’t an emergency. It’s a planned event.
I expect a smart person to be in charge of that and not a pawn of tradition.
