No one can steal delegates, not even Trump. There is a process that the delegates will vote for whoever is in line with the republican doctrine, and can win the general election.

If a candidate wins the most votes in the State, he should win the delegates in proportion to that win.
Cruz has gone in and stolen delegate votes from Trump in Louisiana and has more delegates even though he had fewer votes.
Any rational person would consider that a theft and ignoring the results of the primary.

Trump isn't the one stealing delegates since he won the majority of the votes.
So why should we bother voting if the GOP can just ignore the votes?
