If a candidate wins the most votes in the State, he should win the delegates in proportion to that win.

Cruz has gone in and stolen delegate votes from Trump in Louisiana and has more delegates even though he had fewer votes.

Any rational person would consider that a theft and ignoring the results of the primary.

The voters of Louisiana will certainly remember if the guy they elected is not the nominee. They will remember and fail to show up in November.

That is all that Cruz and the GOPe are doing at this point. Working for Hillary.

Trump had the same opportunity to "steal" these delegates, too. However, he and his staff apparently weren't familiar with the rules governing the now orphaned Rubio delegates. And, as a consequence, they lost out to Cruz's operatives -- who were up-to-speed and capitalized on their knowledge.

I'd say that credit attaches to the Cruz team...while the Trump teamm has some work to do.

I’m glad that you weren’t figuring the votes in 2000 or we would have had a President Al Gore!
