This would be right up Rove’s alley. The establishment doesn’t love Romney, so they could sacrifice him. The Cruz story blows up, and the GOPe can step in with their real pick after Trump is blamed for the story. Anything to keep Trump from reaching 1237.

Honestly, I really don’t know. The provenance of this whole thing leaves me baffled.
Regardless, what I do know is how I would react to something like this, and what I see is definitely not how I would approach it all.
I’m just gonna sit back and see what happens now, frankly. I won’t condemn Cruz or my own choice, Trump, either way because in the end I’ll vote for either one who is on the general election ballot in November.

I think we are seeing the Republican Party destroyed from within.
The extent of the damage has yet to be tallied.
But I wonder if some of the things that are being said and printed are going to result in people just not voting - people giving up on federal elections as the conclusion of a corrupt, out of touch, and slimy political process that is not worth their time to follow.
Let’s encourage people to get involved in government at the local level. There is much that can be done at that level of government.

If you have an issue with the “stabby remarks” you are either very stupid or you are intentionally denying the truth.
He was talking about stabbing the co-host of his radio show because he was making fun of Glenn for saying “sitting in his shoes”.
There are plenty of valid criticism of both Beck and Cruz to be made. You sound like an idiotic truther or something when you try this one.
According to Breitbart, they had the story pitched to them, but turned it down because there was no proof of anything, just rumor and innuendo. Even that most trusted voice of truth, NE, talks in maybe’s rather that facts. Whether it is true or not, doesn’t matter, it’s the seriousness of the charge that matters. (Tks to El Rushbo)

The Enquirer has reported this story as rumor. At this point there is no basis for a lawsuit.

Having faith has nothing to do with saying you are some moral paragon. That’s just a dimwitted, biased perception of religion. People of real Christian faith acknowledge they are sinners just like everybody else.
