I agree in principal what you say, but in my heart I know this is true. Cruz as a very sharp lawyer would have demanded a retraction and threatened lawsuit by now. He was aware this story was going to break evidently. The fact that all he did is deny and blame Trump, who most likely truly had nothing to do with this is damning.
During affairs, Ted’s fake name was probably Mashly Addison. ;-)
Sundance and Conservative Treehouse have been one of the most accurate sources of information out there.
They gave accurate reporting of the Travon Martin case when the MSM was full of nothing but lies. They were one of the few outlets to accurately describe the Michael Brown Darrin Wilson case when the MSM was pushing the “hands up don't shoot” narrative.
They have been very good in covering the current election campaign.

The media was clearly saving this information for a future date when it could be used against Cruz.
Right now the media wants to use Cruz as a tool to stop Trump. They will attack him later when the time is right.
My feeling is that the media is trying to destroy both Cruz and Trump. It appears the media wants to ensure that neither Trump or Cruz are viable candidates.

I’m astonished at how badly Cruz has handled this. Instead of coming out and counterattacking the National Enquirer, he came out and attacked Trump. In doing so, he basically doused himself with gasoline and handed a lit match to social media.
Now the sharks smell blood in the water, and Trump supporters from NYC to Kathmandu are sifting the internet for nasty nuggets about Cruz’s past, connecting the dots and dredging up all sorts of stuff that I’m sure Cruz would rather they not.
This guy has the worst political instincts ever.
Perhaps it was being held in abeyance for later use if Cruz was the nominee running against The Beast?
Presidential candidates have affairs. We can get over that.
But, a Presidential Candidate sex tape would break new ground, even for US politics.
Apparently, political success isn’t solely related to “debating skill” alone.

The media would not be covering for Cruz. It’s all in the timing.
This is how they think:
Don’t let Cruz be damaged during the primary or the GOP would unify.
Then NAIL Cruz after the primary is over. Whether he wins or not.
They time reports all the time.
When the hooker dressed like a judge for Ted, was he imagining Elena Kagan or Ruth Bader Ginsburg? ;-)

Also hear there are tapes available for the press that actually have Trump “knocking off” homeless people so that want block his Trump Tower.
Wonder why the media is covering for him?
