Trump posted a statement on Friday responding to the Cruz accusation:
I have no idea whether or not the cover story about Ted Cruz in this week’s issue of the National Enquirer is true or not, but I had absolutely nothing to do with it, did not know about it, and have not, as yet, read it.
Likewise, I have nothing to do with the National Enquirer and unlike Lyin’ Ted Cruz I do not surround myself with political hacks and henchman and then pretend total innocence. Ted Cruz’s problem with the National Enquirer is his and his alone, and while they were right about O.J. Simpson, John Edwards, and many others, I certainly hope they are not right about Lyin’ Ted Cruz.
I look forward to spending the week in Wisconsin, winning the Republican nomination and ultimately the Presidency in order to Make America Great Again.

What is the point of conversation if the right can never get somebody to understand what this Nation is founded on.
Is it just a never ending argument with no outcome?
Do we not welcome people to understand what our Nation is founded on? Do we not give them credit for understanding when their beliefs did not support the Constitution?

Oh please, anybody with the slightest speck of discernment knows that this is Trump’s standard operating procedure, whereas there is zero evidence that the great senator from Texas—the one with a 97%-100% lifetime conservative/pro-liberty voting record—should be referred to “Lyin’ Ted”.

He was wrong when he “attacked” Cruz (for publishing a 16 year old salacious photo of Trump’s wife of 6 years on Facebook) by tweeting side-by-side photos of his bodacious wife and Cruz’s unhappy-looking wife, and now it’s also Trump’s fault that Cruz may have had numerous affairs—that is, when not speaking in tongues, tub-thumping and handling snakes.

A personal friend of the owner has nothing to do with what the owner does in his own business. National Enquirer does not build golf courses and world class hotels and Trump doesn’t run N.E. or write its articles.

Right, Trump’s SOP is to have another campaign shop the story around for weeks, and not be able to get it into the mainstream news when it could torpedo his main opponent, and then call up his buddy at the National Enquirer, and tell them to do a two week spread on it, but wait to release it until AFTER Utah.

Of course, you cannot see how your candidate is up to eyeballs in a problem and the only way he can devise to get himself out of it is to blame the person least responsible for the predicament he is in.

But I am curious what got you banned, so please do send it to me. I will give you my, not the site's, rational interpretation of why I would or would not have banned you if I founded and owned the site. It will be essentially meaningless, but it will at least be another human being on the site giving you their take. I'm pretty sure it won't be because of political bias, but that this is not an open forum, and you don't get to say anything you want.
If you are donating to the site, I will have a little more sympathy for your 'I should be heard' case, by the way, but it won't change anything.
