Ahh but he is a NBC, and let me head you off at the pass. Vattel was not the basis for that wording. Yes, I know that the founders read him, but you know what in the book Liberty, Order, And Justice Dr. James McClellan referenced a table showing by the numbers how often the founders referenced certain writers, and Vattel was ranked 29th out of 36. Instead the founders used William Blackstone, who in the same table was ranked number 2nd in frequency of citation, and under his definition Cruz is Natural born. Next you will try to say that the Laws of Nations is referenced right in the Constitution, and you would be correct it is, however it is listed in Article 1, Section 8. You know the part listing the powers of the Congress, not anywhere near the place where the NBC is mention. I might also add that it is used in an entirely different context than as a citation.
