Instead the founders used William Blackstone, who in the same table was ranked number 2nd in frequency of citation, and under his definition Cruz is Natural born. Next you will try to say that the Laws of Nations is referenced right in the Constitution, and you would be correct it is, however it is listed in Article 1, Section 8. You know the part listing the powers of the Congress, not anywhere near the place where the NBC is mention. I might also add that it is used in an entirely different context than as a citation.

Wrong. The purpose of the term NBC within the Eligibility Clause was to prevent someone with foreign allegiance/influence from becoming President and thus CiC of the US Military. This intent is documented. Based on this intent, an NBC can only have allegiance to the US at birth, no other allegiances can exist. Dual Citizenship cannot be NBC as it would negate the intent of the Clause.
