Do these polls account for the enthusiasm gap? ‘Cuz, if there’s a brokered convention because Trump is a couple of delegates short on the first vote, there will be a big ‘un.

If you think you are “scaring” people into voting for Ted with your stupid “match up 8 months in the future” poll, then you can save it and go tell Jeb..or Ted to go find some other way to get nominated.
To: Steelfish
I do not buy it in fact it’s preposterous.
Then again half the GOP wants her elected.

I wander how far in advance I can place my bets on this match-up. Maybe a windfall might come my way.

Trump won by huge margins in Florida, Michigan, Virginia, Mass, NH, so yeah it makes sense that the guys he crushed in those states would beat Hillary
.not. It’s easy to manipulate national polls at this point, no polling firm credibility risk unlike upcoming states,
To: Steelfish
All other polls have Cruz losing to Clinton by 2+3 points or an average of 1.4 over Cruz. Trump polls very badly. Only Kasich beats Hillary by avg of 5.2.
Sanders beats every one ... Beats DJT by 16.

Cruz and Kasich cannot come anywhere near beating Trump but I am supposed to believe they could beat Hillary and Trump cannot? This would be funny if it were not such a pitifully transparent piece of misinformation.
To: Steelfish
Fox News? OK, well, then I better change my support right now. Gosh darn, I will believe everything they say.

65% of the country has no idea who Cruz is. He has less than a million twitter followers. He’ll be defined by the democrats and a third of Trumps voters would never support him. These polls are trying to influence not capture opinion.

both John Kasich and Ted Cruz ahead of Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton
Sure they are. Riiiight.
Their combined total of votes and delegates don't equal what Trump has. But they would beat Hillary in the general?
Kasich can only win his home state. How is he going to win the general?

And, I am not a Trumpkin, a Trumpette or whatever. Yes, I support Donald Trump. I do not call supporters of Ted Cruz names and would vote for him if he wins the nomination. Not happily, but I would do it. So, I would appreciate the same courtesy.
