Trump tweets threat about Cruz's wife
Politico ^ | March 22, 2016 | Nick Gass

Donald Trump tweeted and then deleted a message Tuesday evening that threatened to "spill the beans" about Ted Cruz's wife, Heidi. Then he tweeted again.

"Wow @SenTedCruz, that is some low level ad you did using a picture of Melania in a G.Q. shoot.Be careful or I will spill the beans on your wife," Trump tweeted, before deleting the message seconds later.

Trump's tweet is an apparent reference to the anti-Trump super PAC Make America Awesome, not affiliated with Cruz's campaign, running Facebook ads featuring a photo of Trump's wife posing nude for British GQ in 2000.

Minutes later, Trump tweeted, "Lyin' Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad. Be careful, Lyin' Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!"

Cruz responded less than 30 minutes later, tweeting, "Pic of your wife not from us. Donald, if you try to attack Heidi, you're more of a coward than I thought. #classless"d.

More than for the protests of the opposing partys violence protesters! Cruz PAC is a bunch of hypocritical horny picks!

Has Cruz disavowed the ad?

No, he has not.

Not credible to say Cruz isn’t responsible while Cruz does not disavow PAC
ad.

Trump has every right to strike back, if he so chooses.

Wonder how the “Keep the Promise PAC” had Ted Cruz as their guest speaker a week or so ago. Pure coincidence?

Trump to Cruz “Hey Ted don’t you have any nude pictures of YOUR wife?”................. “You want some?”

Some pretty serious lines being crossed here. Things that historically would justify violence.

In the Old West, one of those wives would be a widow; Cruz' side started it.

Trump doesn’t hide behind a superpac to do his duty work. Trump is totally out front and in charge

You know PACs are forbidden from coordinating with a candidate

Right.....

Regardless, he should denounce it now.

[Why?]

TRUMP attributed a distasteful tweet about his wife to CRUZ and retaliated to CRUZ when it was ROMNEY who did the dirty deed.

They should both leave the wives out of it.

I agree.

If we’re picking on who has the hottest wife, I vote for Rubio.

What’s the difference between Cruz and Romney again? Hard to tell.

Oh man, not this shit again... I can’t wait for the primary season to be over, I am already so over it.

I don’t remember this much division over Romney in 2012

As a Cruz backer in the primary season, these two, Trump and Cruz, are becoming more and more like children fighting in a school yard.

With them acting this way, it’s no wonder BHO’s approval rating is 51%. He’s starting to look more presidential than they are

Poor Ted. I feel sorry for him. It was his election and Trump showed up to the party and crashed it. Ted sucked up to him for months, under estimating Trump, the angry voters. Now Ted will lose ugly. Such a shame.

Do you get the bit where it says “NOT ENDORSED BY ANY CANDIDATE”?

Yea, I guess some of us live under THAT FICTION.

Why the snarky response? I was just answering your question.
