I read Cruz’s twitter statement and I had to double check because I thought I was reading Trump’s speech when he announced he was running for president.
Cruz is the ultimate crooked politician.

Nothing advanced about it. Anarchists were using explosives to terrorize people a century ago. We're being attacked because we let these barbarians into out countries. Deport the islamists we have and then lock down the borders and the rest can be hunted down without much trouble.
We spend a fortune on NATO. Trump’s right - at $19T in debt, we need to keep our money here where it does US some good.

It's simple and impossible to argue against. That's why political correctness is being imposed, to prevent anyone from saying it. We can't have borders because... populism! Racism! Hitler! Trump is exactly right.
We should close the borders and slam it shut to ensure that we do not get any more unvetted, foreigners into the country.
The problem is, the DNC (democrats) with the help of the GOPe, have already allowed MILLIONS of unvetted and illegal people into the country.
One day, there is going to be hell to pay in terms of these types of terror attacks ...and that will be over and above the hell we are already paying in terms of violent crime, welfare payments and abuse, drug wars, etc., etc.
We simply have to close it down...and then become deathly serious about identifying the illegals amongst us and sending them back to wherever they came from.
Europe is showing us what the consequences of not doing that are going to be...and I fear it is going to gt a lot worse before it gets better.
