AZ - 58 delegates (Winner Take All)
UT - 40 delegates (Proportional, WTA > 50%)
So bottom line, Utah really doesn't matter much in the whole scheme of things.
Except that Cruz has poured everything into this state, I guess to get over 50%. Pray he doesn't make it because that will give him more cover to keep sabotaging the race.

What time do the polls close, and what time zone are UT and AZ in?

Utah doesn’t matter much for Trump, because he doesn’t expect to win it or need to win it. If he wins only in Arizona tonight, it will be avoid night for Trump. A few Utah delegates would be icing on the cake.
Cruz has to win big in Utah, and he probably will. Either way, he will give a long winded victory speech while I’m sleeping.
Also when I went to get my shipments out this morning, no one was at the Post Office. Tuesday morning it is usually a heavy line, mostly Mormons, getting their passports for missions, etc.
Not one in line today so they must have gotten directives from their parishes to go vote. (my assumption)

American Samoa is where America’s day ends. It straddles the International Date line. They won’t be voting until tomorrow morning at earliest.
I think it’s 8 hours behind the East Coast. So 4pm = 9 am there. So figure they start voting around 2 am Eastern Time (7 pm) their time. There’s no information about where the convention is being held or what time it starts.
Last “Convention” was at a restaurant. Had about 70 participants. No joke.
Interesting since it was about 2 am on Tuesday in American Samoa at 10:15 am. Unless they are talking about the RNC delegates.

American Samoa’s convention will start at 11:30 pm Eastern (4:30 pm local time) per a Cruz envoy, who visited the territory on his behalf.
Any 17:00 exit polls for AZ yet?
No, I think I read where with only 3 contestants, all get delegates as long as no one gets to 50%. So if Trump gets 10% votes, and Cruz 49%, then Trump gets his 4 delegates.
