Question for those who might know. Did DJT BUY or is it a LONG time lease on the post office building? Putting that kind of capital in lease, even long time seems a bit strange but I KNOW he knows what he is doing

Interesting how the AIPAC group warmed up to him as he spoke.

I watched the Trump speech. I listened but did watch Cruz.

Trump was fantastic, personable and presidential.

Cruz did ok, but just ok. Cruz just sounds like a guy begging for a job, not presidential.

There was a teleprompter on the AIPAC stage. Yes, it was there by default (for all speakers to use). Yes, it's quite possible Trump never made use of it. I certainly didn't point it out to try and diminish Trump's performance. It was a blockbuster speech, teleprompter or not.

If Trump makes speeches like this going forward, he's got the presidency all wrapped up. If he memorized the speech than good for him. The preparation showed. And if he did avail himself of the teleprompter, then I say he should use it more.
