I made a risotto rice with caramelized onions and mushrooms as a bed for fresh thick Alaskan Salmon fillets that I baked, topped with a little curry and garlic and some fresh lemon/avocado, baked at 325 convection for about 12 minutes...rare to medium rare. Some boiled fresh baby spinach on the side. Perfect. A nice New York dry Riesling.
I’m perched in the second row, just left of center, on my loft living room sofa. Downtown LaGrange, GA where Trump needs to stop off.
BTW, we have a new outdoor amphitheater. Willie Nelson is the opening act late May. I have extra season tickets, if anyone is interested. 4th row. TEmptations, Charlie Daniels and others this Summer.
my dinner was good but would be uninteresting to most of you. Left over Kung Pow Brussle sprouts, L/O sweet chili garlic broccol,i and a brown rice & chick pea curry mixture. a glass of Shiraz .
Num! Makes my barbequed Italian sausage and mixed greens with peppers, olives, cucumbers look pretty bad. Nice red wine - cab sauv.
Temptations will be here at the end of April. Im going to see them. They’ll be staying at our hotel. I have been a fan of this group since college

Roast beef, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in juicy broth. Bread and butter plus chocolate cake for desert. Hubby is a happy man.
