A friend of mine’s spuse is from England; a few years ago they were thinking about moving there.

They took a trip to visit his family while they were thinking about it. She said it felt so dark and oppressive there, that she could never consider living in England. Just the feel as a Christian that she got from the place.

As I’ve said many times before - I like Newt for Chief of Staff. Not sure who for VP, but IMHO it should be someone younger so we can have 16 years as Pubbies in the WH. It also definitely needs to be someone that can help Trump with the congress critters and has that type of experience since he doesn’t - he even said something similar in different words.

I have two dear friends who were raised in Cheshire, England. They said the England where they grew up is gone. Their churches welcomed the immigrants with open arms... Well, once their numbers grew, so did their anti-assimilation attitude. Now there are mosques and burkas everywhere. It is no longer safe. They believe their country is gone. They now live in the United States. Became citizens and vote conservative, and support Trump. They don't want the same thing to happen to our country. I believe if Donald Trump doesn't prevail we are headed in the same direction.

Join the club, navymom1. Many of us at first supported a Trump/Cruz ticket, recognizing that Ted was still too green for the Presidency but would help with Constitutional matters. In 8 more years he would have made a fine segue to President Trump (or so we thought).

From what I’ve read about England and IIRC France as well, there are parts that the police won’t even go into as they don’t think it’s safe - all Muslim settlements, many of which want Sharia law. Merkle is just encouraging more of the same in Germany by allowing thousands of them in.

Trump is so right in his stand against Muslims that we know nothing about coming into this country as well as closing the border because we don’t know who is coming in. I have nothing against Muslims and have met a few very nice ones.
I don’t care what religion, race or nationality they are, they need to assimilate and accept our Constitution and the old values of this country.
