Will Hillary get charged, or what?
NY Post OPINION ^

Posted on 03/21/2016 12:05:20 AM PDT by bryan999

FBI chief James Comey and his investigators are increasingly certain presidential nominee Hillary Clinton violated laws in handling classified government information through her private e-mail server, career agents say.

Some expect him to push for charges, but he faces a formidable obstacle: the political types in the Obama White House who view a Clinton presidency as a third Obama term.

With that, agents have been spreading the word, largely through associates in the private sector, that their boss is getting stonewalled, despite uncovering compelling evidence Clinton broke the law.

The emails won’t be Hillary’s undoing. The media has thoroughly muddied that water to the point most of those who prefer to be confused have, in their minds, a good reason. The oncoming details of bribery and tax evasion will be much easier to understand. Those details will be the nails in the coffin in which Hillary’s presidential aspirations are buried.

To parody George Burns: Say goodby, Hillary.

All true. I always love reading your posts.

I hope FBI Director James Comey does recommend indictment, and Lynch and Obama are forced to come to her rescue. But the media will launch an all out effort to discredit the FBI investigation, and will run their propaganda stories until the dust of the Obama coverup settles. After 48 hours of coverage, the public simply won't care. The press will declare Hillary's guilt "old news!" and shout down anyone who attempts to bring it up.

Then, we have the Democrats themselves, who are largely immoral, degenerate, selfish, low IQ, and godless.

The same type of people who worship Obama as a god will vote for Hillary.

Then we have voting machine fraud. Voting multiple times. Poll station fraud. Illegal Invader voting fraud. Voting the dead fraud.

It will be a miracle if Donald Trump can overcome these headwinds in the general election.

I think there is definitely enough evidence to put Hillary and several of her minions away for a decade or more. If the FBI moves charges forward and DOJ doesn’t act, I suspect the FBI will start leaking like a screen door on a submarine. Comey may well resign in protest and sing like a Canary. Lot of scenarios could play out.

If Trump wins, Hillary very well could go to jail. If Obama refuses to prosecute her, he can’t pardon. I think Trump will beat her with this issue like a red headed step dog during the campaign. Hard for him to not indict her if he wins.

If Cruz wins, Hillary is headed for the pokey.

If Hillary starts lagging behind Trump, Obama may indict her just to get someone else on the ballot. Then, they can rush to convict her for breaking wind in the elevator and pardon her.

The only way she avoids this altogether is to win the election, IMO.

I agree Hillary will never see a courtroom. She won’t make it to the Democrat convention either due to “health” reasons. The bribery and tax evasion are too overwhelming to ignore.

If Trumps does nothing else but pillory Hillary for the corruption he’ll will have performed a great service. In the end the media dogs that continually pursue Trump will end up destroying Hillary’s campaign inadvertently. Her polls numbers will drop to the point the party elite and the major donors will abandon her. The massive tax evasion will send her supporters running like cockroaches.

If Obama refuses to prosecute her, he can’t pardon.

Sure he can. Ford pardoned Nixon, yet there were no charges even pending.

In fact, the likely chain o events is:

1. An indictment prior to the convention, but after Herself has wrapped up the nomination.

2. A sub rosa conversation with Obama during which a certain eal is struck.

3. Hillary's withdrawal from the campaign, voicing support for Ol' Joe to take her place at the head of the ticket.

4. Obama issues a pardon for Hillary (and Bill) shortly before the end of his term.

5. Per the secret agreement, Obama's, Hillary's (and Bill's) lips are sealed regarding all the corruption that they have been a party to.

6. having lost to the GOP candidate, Ol' Joe passes into history. But the Democrat party remains in the hands of Obama (and Valerie Jarrett) -- which has been the object of the exercise all along.

Getting 900 FBI files in 1996, when there are no term limits, will buy a LOT of DC influence.

No effing way.

Obama tipped his hand last week when he started quietly lobbying Dem donors to line-up behind Hillary. He would not be doing that if Loretta Lynch was not the party’s fire break.

0 WILL allow an indictment against Hillary but it happen very close to the democrat convention creating a massive crisis in their party. It would be then that her name would be submitted as the nominee to save their party. The mooch, just a few days ago, sent out a trial balloon by bringing up the subject about her running for prez. Crazy? Maybe, but ,with this regime, one has to explore ALL possiblities crazy or not.

Since when does the FBI need presidential permission to charge someone? Or has the counter-order already been issued?

The FBI investigates crimes and, when the evidence warrants, makes a recommendation to the Justice Department. It is up to Justice to bring an indictment.

This is no different from local law enforcement. The police don't issue indictments. They present evidence to local prosecutors. The city, county, or state prosecutors bring the indictment.

Separation of powers and all that.

Question: Can the F.B.I. Director hold a public news conference in which he states there is overwhelming evidence of criminal wrongdoing on Hillary's part, and therefore he strongly recommends that the Justice Department indict her? Even if the Justice Department declined to follow through on the recommendation, the damage to Hillary's campaign from the resulting media frenzy would be enormous.

Ooohhhhh.....Hillary is so scary.

She’s like a monster in a horror movie.

People tell their children,

“You’d better be good or Hillary will get you!”

Eeeeeeeeeeeek!

She’s a cowardly little snot who has got her way by bullying people.

When Americans were fighting for their lives in Benghazi, the person responsible for their safety, Hillary Clinton, ran to her bedroom and hid under her bed.

Yeah.....she’s a juggernaut.

George Soros’ announcement in January that he’d given $8 million to pro-Hillary PACs sealed it for me that there’s no chance Hillary will face indictment no matter WHAT the FBI recommends. Obama’s recent comment that “democrats must unite” behind her should convince the remaining hopeful souls that justice will not be served.

Hillary Clinton will not face prosecution. Not now.. not ever.

Never gonna happen. Doing so opens up a flow of investigations of the actions of himself and his administration during that time. Obama cares more about protecting his legacy than anything else.

I don’t see any way Hillary can be a viable candidate beyond late spring when her aides will be deposed at the same time Guccifer is being tried. The revelations will be devastating to Hillary’s campaign.

I think just the opposite effect will happen. Her supporters are cut from the same low class cloth and will rally around her if they perceive “the man” is after her.
Look around, her supporters are college airheads and the dependent class, gentle souls incapable of a complete thought. If indicted, her numbers will swell. IMHO, an indictment will surely guarantee her victory, and our demise.

I’d wager a guess that she’s not afraid to spill those beans if Obama made the wrong move.

Exactly. If Hillary were to go down, she wouldn't be going down alone.

The fact she will be viewed as a "survivor" for not having been indicted will be the biggest boost to her campaign. It'll have the opposite effect.
