Well duh. Not one bureaucrat lost his job after the giant cockup of 9-11. In fact the incompetent FBI and CIA and NSA got raises! Instead of massive firings of lazy worthless time servers they got bonuses! The idea that anything will be done about the worthless pile of human waste at ICE is foolish. At most someone gets transferred to a higher paid job. The beat goes on.
