It’s funny - all over the place I hear about how weird Beck is. I regularly hear: “the guy is Crazy”. And you tell us that “something is not right with the boy”.
And yet, every time I happen to tune in and catch Beck I don’t hear anything that sounds crazy. Sure he’s more religious than Rush, but Beck is very upfront about his faith. To me Beck sounds like mainline conservative talk.
So, I’m curious; what have you heard Beck say that leads you to your opinion that “he’s not right”?

Ok. But, at Fox he was reported to be the most hated person around.
He now has a running battle with Alex Jones...the Alex Jones of the truther fame. Why that man ever swallowed that is beyond me but, it makes for good entertainment and Jones claims a pretty big following.
Ya Know, when you make this level of a charge against someone’s honor, you should have definitive proof, not a “transcript” that anyone can make up. You should have the integrity to provide an audio cut.

The post refers to him being a rock DJ ,, that puts this back in the 90’s or earlier when he was a drug abuser. No matter what you think of his politics he is truly attempting to “follow a calling” ... he thinks that he has been given a message and he is being dutiful in passing it on... Is he correct? Don’t know .. but I think so... that doesn’t mean that he is perfect or that I agree 100% with him but I know that he has severe chronic health issues and he is sincere in his words and actions. I see this kind of attack with 20+ year old misconduct as a sign that he is annoying the right people.

Glenn Beck aka Stabby the Klown is now and always has been a petty, mean spirited nutjob. He just gets crazier as time goes by. This is likely the result of extensive drinking and drug use in years gone bye. Although they say Beck was a really mean drunk.
When I watched his show several years ago on FOX, he seemed to build elaborate theories that had little basis in reality. I do not recall the specifics. Like I said, it has been several years.
The there is the matter of his “affect.” Something just doesn’t feel right to me on the few occasions I see him on TV. It is a subjective thing, but have you ever seen someone on TV, or in person who just gives you weird vibes? Or meet someone who can tell right away is a drunk? That’s what I get off Beck.
The French have a term for it - je ne sais quoi. To me Beck has this in a negative way.

Thanks for posting. This was my thought. This probably happened 20+ years ago when he was drinking heavy and abusing pharmaceuticals....he has often said he went through some very ugly times and hurt a lot of people before he hit rock bottom and got sober....He just celebrated 20 years of sobriety in the last couple of weeks...Yes, he can get really kooky at times, but he is a good-hearted kook.
That would deserve a sucker punch. But what can you expect from a drunk Mormon.
