Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” while discussing the recent protests and violence at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s rallies, Sen. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said Trump was “encouraging people to violence” and pointed to an instance where he said to “punch that guy in the face” as his proof.

You must have been really outraged at all that violent Tea Party rhetoric. Did you feint when they accused Palin of the shooting in AZ, you must have agreed for her to tone it down.
Who needs FReeper cowards.
Ted Cruz is no conservative he’s an opportunistic climber.
Meanwhile, Glenn Beck goes on a stabbing spree.....
Attitude Adjustment
he doubled down on it?
Was it by invitation only? Kind of an RSVP deal?
Or was it published publicly? You know, like a notice in the paper? “Donald Trump Rally at XXX at XXX time”?
Inviting any and all that wanted to attend?
If you can answer those questions, I’ll be happy to help.
Obama said bring a gun to a knife fight...
Reading comprehension is clearly not your strength. Maybe redoing eighth grade will help.
I would like a link for when Trump told someone to punch anyone in the face.
I’d like to punch him in the face
Oops................

As I said...where is the link where Trump told someone to punch a protester in the face...
You replied with the comment that Trump made which was “I would liken to punch that guy in the face”.
Is it your position that Trump egged HIMSELF on or do you have a problem with reading comprehension?
Again...please...where is the link where Trump told ANYONE...to punch someone in the face?
That is the assertion made by Teddie? Teddie is a lawyer...he knows he is making a false statement.
Put up or shut up.
Oooops to you.
Did you even read my post? Take a remedial lesson in reading comprehensions. Good Lord!
Recall how Cruz handled Code Pink attempts to disrupt his rally; he allowed them to speak and then figuratively decapitated them and handed them their heads on the way out with logic and in a fashion that left his opponents respecting him.
Could Trump do the same?
we are witnessing the rise of an American fascism.
Indeed we are. They were meeting in secret Sea Island, Georgia a couple weks. It was GOP establishment and rich DEMOCRATS. And the candidate they are backing? Ted Cruz.
I don’t see why everyone is getting all worked up over a little passion and violence. I say let them Occutards and Trump supporters start kicking the crap out of each other and let the chips fall where they may.
All I did was post a video of Trump in his own words.
You have a naive vision of who these thugs are. This is not a question of how the target of the attacks look. If you are making the victim of the attack the perpetrator, then you will imagine Trump acting like a “union boss.” You can imagine him being anything if you want to denigrate the target of the attack. You can say that he wears his angel wings wrong or he forgot to shine up his halo and God is punishing him. You can say he does not wave a Bible in the air enough and deserves all the abuse these Leftist thugs can throw at him (and the have thrown stuff). Pathetic thinking.
Next, you must understand all of this criticism about Trump words, “Punch that guy in the face,” assumes that you can make the case that he is an instigator because no one will check the evidence. I doubt you have checked the evidence. There are many on this thread who have and know the evidence shows that Trump was justified in his words. The evidence is buried in a hour long video. No one is going to sit down and check out what happened. So, people can lie that Trump was acting like some union boss and yelling and ordering his minions to punch the crap out of a poor protester. Right?
Well I have seen the speech. The protester was a biiiiig fellow with strong arms and he was wailing on innocent people at the rally. He was hurting them real hard. And he was yelling in a very strong voice obscenities at Trump. How would you like it if someone did that while you were watching a baseball game? How would you like it if someone started calling some player a mother f***ker and making your son cry. When you tell him to chill, he begins attacking you, spilling your beer on your wife, hitting your 11 year old kid and knocking out a few teeth? Would you say “Shhhhhhhh! Don’t make me want to punch him!” If you did and I saw what happened, I would say, “Move aside sissy boy and let me defend your family!”
I am so sick and tired of this straw dog argument you Cruzers are repeating. This is the First Amendment and the right of assembly! You can ride on your high horses.
Who the hell do you think you are? Wait until the troublemakers piss on your parade!
Trump told Pamela Geller she brought the gun violence at Garland on herself by being too anti-Muslim.
Was Trump wrong about that?
Did Trump side with the attackers and the radical Left and radical islamists when he publicly criticized Geller for her rhetoric?
I think we all need to know from the Trump supporters here.
I would like a link for when Trump told someone to punch anyone in the face. This is another Teddie lie.
How’s this:
I’d like to punch him in the face
Oops................

For the record, I have often stated that I would like to lose 20lb, yet no one has accused me of inciting others to go on a diet, either. LOL
Lyin’ Ted Cruz (R-Calgary) took Trump out of context. Trump said that if someone was preparing to assault Trump, that person should be punched in the face. Stopping a Communist thug from committing violence is not inciting violence. It is stopping violence.
Did you look at the video, mr. badass? Trump said in the old days guys like that would be carried out on a stretcher and that he’s like to punch the guy in the face. His supporters have decided to try to carry out his wishes.
Now, go ahead and threaten to punch me in the face.
I too have watched every speech. I stand by your observation. Thank you for stating it. They are trying to make Trump the bad guy when his supporters are the victim of troublemakers. Imagine if these troublemakers were at a baseball game and started making trouble like these yahoos are doing.
