That is my concern now too. It is now an organized effort to stop Trump, at whatever the cost. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with Cruz. He is so desperate to win, he will accept/say anything to take Trump out. I just had to unfriend 2 FB people that I have known for years, as they seem unhinged now in Trump hatred.

A lot of Trump rallies, up to this point, have been in areas where the radical Left does not control the local police force.

In Chicago, he had a rally in a city where there was a large presence by the Left, AND they could get to his rally by public transportation.

I think Trump is smarter than we think. I think he KNEW the left would take this opportunity to try to shut down his rally, and the news coverage of the thugs would bring more Republicans to his side than any rally speech he could have made.

You are 100% correct. And I don’t know what the solution is either.

But I do know that it would be smart for Trump to respond to these protests each and ever time by pointing to them and saying:

“Look America, this is what your country has become. This is the result of eight years of rule by “Progressives”. Is this what you really want for the future of your country? Do you LIKE having the anarchist mod shutting down free speech and free assembly? Keep voting for the “Progressives and pretty soon no opposition will be allowed to speak in our country.”
