Services will begin at 1:15 p.m. ET | 10:15 a.m. PT with a musical prelude.

Can’t believe he wouldn’t be considered family. Ronald Reagan was his father, as he was an adopted son. I remember him being right there along Nancy when President Reagan’s remains were laid to rest. This would seem to indicate a disconnect between he and the Reagan’s other children. Hope I’m wrong.
