As for the Obama eligibility lawsuits, can you tell me which one of them was successful in getting a declaration or judgement of Presidential ineligibility?

The challenge wont be decided in court. It will be decided in the senate where it SHOULD BE, ACCORDING to the courts which dismissed several cases on those grounds.
The senate hearing in 2008 challenging McCain’s NBC status applied the common law criteria questioning the citizenship of BOTH McCain’s parents, which Cruz DOES NOT MEET!
The fact that the senate failed to challenge Obama under the same criteria despite multiple ongoing court cases is and would be considered irrelevant to the current matter before the nation. Obama got away with it... CRUZ WON’T!
You think Cruz is nbc. That is what you think. Many disagree. What is most important is whether the RATS think Cruz is nbc.
It is apparent that the Democrats, whether they think Cruz is nbc or not, will use this as a weapon against us. If Cruz is the nominee, they will challenge him.
Cruz, being a ‘Republican’, will not get help from the liberal judges/courts -
in Obama’s case, they delayed, hid behind ‘jurisdiction’ and ‘standing’ to avoid ruling, they made up laws or ignored laws to side with Obama.... simply dismissing lawsuits left and right without ever hearing the cases..... they even made up some arguments for obama when obama/his attorney did not appear in court as ordered...
This time a Republican is challenged, a Republican that they want to remove for the sake of their own RATS/party. So they will conduct hearing and rule on the merits - against Cruz, because he was born in Canada to a Cuban father! They can afford to rule this way without affecting obama’s case, because obama is allegedly born in Hawaii!
