You can spot the false votes by looking at their addresses.
“I’ll figure it out” is actually an appropriate answer to most of those questions.
Policy details are subject to change, as facts & conditions in reality inevitably change, and as actual negotiations are made with legislators, and so forth.
Anyone who stands up there during a debate and recites policy specifics of exactly what they’re supposedly going to do, is bluffing and/or outright lying.
