You don’t understand... there isn’t “one” server involved. The Drudge Report has multiple Apache HTTP servers, load balanced and many are virtual. When the get hit all at once, and try to upload to the “process server” the HTTP logging reads “spoofing” and can tell by the IP when Cruzers are multi-voting in the name of Glenn Beck and “I would stab Trump with a knife” stuff and whatever it takes in the name of the Lord. The redundant IP isn’t detected at once, because as the same Cruzer votes four times, it might hit one of the 29 Apache servers plus with one vote but then hit a different one on vote two and so on, but then the process server re-calibrates and gets to the truth.
In this case, you had some sleezy Cruz types involved, but also I saw via my HTTP watch program a lot of stuff coming in from Shanghai. So I still say most of this was the Chicoms.
