Fox News Poll: Trump dominates GOP race in Florida (Trump 43, Rubio 20)
Fox News ^ | 3/9/2016 | Dana Blanton

Less than a week until the first winner-take-all Republican primaries, Donald Trump is trouncing Marco Rubio on his home turf, according to a new Fox News poll.

In the race for the Republican nomination, Trump receives 43 percent among Florida likely GOP primary voters. Rubio is a distant second with 20 percent, closely followed by Ted Cruz at 16 percent. John Kasich comes in fourth with 10 percent.

Here is what’s driving the vote: a 63-percent majority of likely Republican primary voters feels “betrayed” by politicians in their party -- and they go heavily for Trump over Cruz (49-18 percent), with Rubio and Kasich way behind (12 percent and 11 percent respectively).

In addition, just 48 percent of Sunshine State GOPers approve of the job Rubio is doing as senator, while 38 percent disapprove. Among voters who approve of his performance, Rubio bests Trump by 12 points, yet he trails the Donald by a whopping 62 points among those who disapprove.

“He lied about every product up there...”

Sure he did. And every one of those ventures ended in bankruptcy, so he had to dig himself out of the hole by selling American girls to Arabs as slaves.

So it is a statistical tie between Trump (43) and the three amigos (46)?

Read again! Poster was speaking of Kasich, not Rubio! (I feel like pelting you with tons of ignoramous comments, but I’ll save them for the sake of civility and decorum on this board.

Sorry if you don't like the truth, but it has been published on dozens of sites by now - none of the things he had up there were made, owned or sold by Trump or one of his companies. The closest you could come is that his resort apparently served the steaks bought from the vendor; and his resorts put the water bought from the company in Connecticut in the rooms at his resorts. You can probably find water from the same company at every Hilton and Motel 6 as well, just without the Trump label.

It is one thing to acknowledge he lied about these things and decide it doesn't matter to you. I still shake my head at the idea the you want to elect a man you KNOW is lying to you as president, but okay. It is the ones who can't even acknowledge he has lied, even when presented with documented evidence, but try instead to explain or justify it. Those are the people who are crossing over into cult behavior...

Yes, it will. Trump really does need to gather the delegates now. On the 15th, we will pass the 60% marker of available delegates.

He didn’t lie

Romney lied

And it was funny watching Trump present the products that he has available to his guests and customers

And the wine is made at Trump winery. Donald Trump did buy that winery, I believe at a foreclosure sale, got it going again and gave it to his son Eric Trump. Is it really a “lie” that Trump winery is really owned by his son? so what. All of Trump’s business will be his kids’ someday anyways. And I have a feeling he is going to hand over the company to them before he moves into the Whitehouse.

Except he didn't... The steaks were not "Trump steaks", they came from a local meat wholesaler. The water was not some special "Trump water", it was just a generic bottled water with a Trump label on it. The Trump wine came from a winery that Donald has no association with. It is a lie for Donald to try to present that as some successful business of his. So to present these items as if they were proof that those previous ventures had somehow been successful was incredibly deceitful. But that is who and what he is, and his sycophants are just fine with that.

Actually you lied

The wine came from Trump Winery, a winery he bought in 2011 and gave to his son Eric Trump

Nothing wrong with that

Trump Ice, is a private label, he does have it available at his properties, again, nothing wrong with that

Trump Steaks are the steaks he serve at his properties, do you believe Trump owns a ranch and slaughter house?

Again all private label merchandising

Nothing wrong with any of his statements

Liberals are attacking him on anything and everything, just like the GOPe and the Cruzers. Sad, very sad

Trump, A man creates more then any of those losers put together.

Trumps branding revenue brings him 100 million a year in cash flow and cost him nothing

It’s what he’s paid to license the use of his name

If you hit that with a fair market cap rate of say 8.5 in today’s lending markets it make his branding alone worth nearly 1.2 billion based on cash flow

That’s astonishing

I did not lie. Yes, the winery belongs to Eric Trump. Even on the web page for Trump winery, it says it has no affiliation with Donald J. Trump or any of the Trump affiliates. So for Donald to claim that as one of "his" brands is a lie. It is a despicable man who will claim his children's successes as his own.

It is so sad to see the Trumpets trying to explain away his lies. Trump got butthurt because Romney pointed out his many business failures. So he tries to claim these ventures were actually successful by buying products from other companies and slapping his label on them. All he did is show once again how dishonest he is.

Trump Steaks, for example, was an attempt to market steaks as a high-end commodity through Sharper Image. That venture FAILED miserably and closed down in 2007 after only a couple of months and many bad reviews. Now he has his pathetic supporters willing to claim that because he buys some steaks from a local butcher to serve at his resort and slaps his label on them, that "Trump Steaks" is still a successful business...

Trump Ice FAILED as a commercial product, and is just a generic bottled water with a private label served in Trump hotels and resorts.

And you talk about "private label merchandising", but other than the wine, you can't buy any of the products Trump was displaying, because they all FAILED as retail products. So if they exist at all, they only exist as items Trump buys for his resorts and puts his name on (like he puts his name on everything).

Actually all of his companies will get his children’s companies, and he has hinted that he will sign everything over to his kid’s before he takes the oath of office. His children seem to be very bright and they would do a great job. Its a family business after all.

Actually you can buy Trump Ice, you can buy it at Trump Tower in New York.

It was sold in grocery stores in New York and New Jersey. Mostly right after its premier on the apprentice. Capitalizing on a well marketed product is a smart business move. I would not call it a failure, it hasn’t lost money or went bankrupt.

How many companies has Teddy created? Oh wait, he is just another government employee looking for a pay raise.
