Dear Republicans, It's Ted Cruz

DEAR REPUBLICANS, IT'S TED CRUZ

What is the rationale for Marco Rubio's candidacy?

The latest poll out from the classiest and most reliable Florida pollster, Quinnipiac University, says there is none.

After a week of disappointing elections for Rubio, the Florida Q Poll is the dagger to the heart of his presidential aspirations. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush can be happy that while his own bid failed, at least he killed the one his campaign staff called "Judas." Enjoy Fisher Island.

The poll shows frontrunner Donald Trump doubling up Florida freshman Rubio with less than a week to go before the winner-take-all contest for 99 delegates. Coming after a disastrous election night it should be enough to send Rubio packing.

The only argument for Rubio's continued candidacy was the "Romney Plan" in which voters should support any candidate in any race that can beat Donald Trump or deny him delegates. It worked pretty well in Michigan where Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas and Ohio Gov. John Kasich soaked up the majority of delegates with their tie for second place behind Trump....

Ted is the GOPe. He’s one of them. The sheep are so gullible. Senator Palpatine he is.

If Cruz gets the nomination, he’ll be Rick Lazio with a Harvard degree.

That is exactly what I have been thinking - that his “outsider” claims are a ruse. His votes are what bother me the most. He consistently calls himself one thing but if you look deeper you see ties to the establishment that are deep.

I believe he decided to leverage the fact that he is personally unlikable to try to benefit himself by saying he’s an outsider. He may be an outsider because they don’t like him but his votes - and his explanations - if you look deeper than his proclamations about himself - tell another story.

He has done something good that someone pointed out to me - something about guns and I don’t remember the details except that he wasn’t in the Senate yet as I recall - but on balance I think he’s a member of the club.

I most certainly did and have given him some money, too.

Tell you what . . . I’ll just assume you are a liar, in return.

I’m so glad to hear it. I was afraid you were about to fall to Sanders or Clinton as the next best thing to Trump.

The GOPe do not fear Ted. They do not like him, but all the Jebsters team are on his side now and Ted isn’t refusing.

You have been duped.

“Ted is the GOPe. He’s one of them. The sheep are so gullible.”

Ted Cruz has been the GOPe since. . . . . Trump got into the race and claimed he was no longer a member of the establishment. So yeah, you are right, the sheep are gullible.

Thank you for waking up to the truth.

What you posted has been obvious to some of us for a while now, but better late than never! Please tell those you know, who still support Cruz, the TRUTH about him.

why so many people who are supposed on our side are going along with it - are they all corrupt, or just deluded?

Deluded.

I've been beating the "Cruz is unelectable" drum since July 2015. His supporters consistent answer(s) are, "You hate America/God/Jesus".

Barack Obama averaged 67 million votes in his two elections. The trucon/socon theory (for which there is no evidence) is that they can roll out 68 million+ votes if their guy is washed in the blood of the Lamb.

Absurd though that is, they believe it.

After the results Trump uses his victory speech to serve as an infomercial pitching Trump products which he boasts are his companys when actually they are licencees, manfacurers making similar products for dozens of other brands. Using his name.

He also claims he doesn’t settle law suits. Somebody ought to look into that assertion. Would not surprize me in the least if thats another whopper.

As far as Rubio is concerned he’d be better off to try and hold his senate seat and drop out of the presidential race.

“That was only Kabuki theater for the gullible.”

Right. So up until now, it’s all just been a giant act. And if he were to become President, well then he’s gonna tow the party line. But Trump, well he’s donated to all these establishment figures his whole life. But if he becomes President, that won’t happen anymore.
Up is down and down is up.

She needs to learn what a REAL man can do when she starts lying. He won’t say to himself “Oh, she’s a lady and if I pushback, the media will be all over me...” He’ll come at her like a MAC truck. And he won’t let the media spin it their way, either.

She’ll have to put a Trump Steak over her eye before November.

Oh UNINFORMED ONE.....Rubio has already said that he is NOT running again for his Senate seat ( he is BORED to death being a Senator!), so he'll soon be out fo a government job.

Trump put out displays of steaks, wine, water, and his magazine to TAUNT stupid, smarmy, lying Romney and prove that those companies are still more than viable.

Being ignorant and biased is no way to go through life. Bless your heart.

I think that meeting is today, but at an undisclosed time and place. The news report I saw said the meeting was scheduled for today, but as far as I’m concerned, the report was nothing more than a rumor, and as such, is presumed to be a false report.
