If The Former Twelfth Lady loses in November she’ll almost certainly be pardoned on the morning of 1/20/17.And if she wins...it’ll be interesting to see if she pardons herself at any time before leaving office.

If the Democrats don’t do something with HRC before the election then they run the risk of Trump pounding them on how corrupt they are for at least two months. Do they really want that? They will probably dump her by Labor Day so the replacement doesn’t have time to get a real rectal exam.

Some conservatives are pinning their hopes on a mass protest or resignation by the FBI a la the infamous Saturday Night Massacre during the Watergate scandal.
In this permissive society where every dog looks only after his own food bowl, I don’t know if there is a culture within the FBI that would prompt that reaction.
