Billionaires, tech CEOs and top members of the Republican establishment flew to a private island resort off the coast of Georgia this weekend for the American Enterprise Institute's annual World Forum, according to sources familiar with the secretive gathering.
The main topic at the closed-to-the-press confab? How to stop Republican front-runner Donald Trump.

Then how hard is it to say defund PP.
I didn’t equivocate, Trump did.
Saying he’ll defund the abortion end of PP is like saying that kids can only pee in the shallow end of the pool.
This is the way it was according to a Blaze article a few years ago:
“Originally, however, the rule was much more sweeping. Specifically, it would have given presidential candidates veto power over any delegate who was selected to represent them. So if Rick Santorum didnt like one of his delegates from, say, Minnesota, he could have that person replaced with another person of his choosing. Or if Ron Paul didnt like one of his delegates, he could pick someone else. And so on, and so on. In other words, it would give presidential candidates the power to nullify the results of state delegate elections if they didnt like them, making those elections all but completely pointless.”
These godless creeps are making far more than 30 pieces of silver for their betrayal of the American people.
Bah...pocket change!
“”””” Your enemies are silent on his main competitor.
1 + 1 = 2
...reasons to vote for Donald Trump.”””””
I said Trump is my guy. You can judge a man’s character by his enemies...and no one has them like Trump.
Cruz will have them coming out of the woodwork too. IF, he can pull out the nomination.
Yes, but my point is, is Ted who they fear most now?
Shouldn’t we elect who they fear most?
Not trying to give you a hard time. I don’t see Ted as an outsider, so much so that I think of him in terms of a third Bush administration.
“Yes. You will not hear about them discussing how to stop Cruz,”
Why would I want the guy they dislike second least?
This story is on CNN now. “54 private jets...” Wondering why all the Demonrats there... It could kill their business overseas... What’s it mean for putting jobs in China...what about visas... they probably want to know about Trump economic team... could this be brought up on the debate stage...multinationals have had the reublicans to defend them,,, all previous paraphrased. Huff Post reporter and some random hag.
No, you won’t. Cruz has been a GOPe insider and Bushy for almost 20 years. The GOPe types are good with Cruz.
It does make you wonder who leaked this “secret meeting”
They are hating on Trump because he’s not a globalist and will mess up all the “progress” they have made to do in the US so we fit into the new Global governance scheme and multicultural nothingness. It’s amazing how deeply “conservatives” are into this demonic ideology.
When Trump talks about ripping up lousy trade deals and he talks about American interest and nationhood and culture, that is like waving a red cape in front of an angry bull or dragon.
Cruz’s wife was a part of CFR’s creation of the North American Union. Cruz was for TPP before he was against it.
Ted was a part of the Bush administration and was probably sold on the globalist ideology. It does not provide for our independence or constitution. The globalist ideology is against our constitution and independence.
So when Ted is for TPP and other global trade entanglements and for the constitutional Republic, something does not line up. The work his wife does at Goldman Sachs surely does not line up with restoring the constitutional Republic.
Was Rush at that meeting?
They did, even before this!
I don’t know that I’d say they do wonderful things but they offer services for birth control, screening for STDs, and PAP tests. But, so do other agencies.
If you were a guy campaigning that said first you were going to defund them, then later you said they did wonderful things...., would this make sense for you to do?
Planned Parenthood does provide needed services....not just abortions.
I think that is more than likely location specific.
I may be wrong, but that is my perception.
If it can give low-cost non-abortion related services, I don’t have a problem with that end of the organization.
I will say, that those who have been involved in selling baby parts need to be indicted and prosecuted.
I see people saying there will be riots if they steal the nomination. Maybe out in the street. Inside they’ll be celebrating. The delegates. NOT the voters, will have spoken. I can’t believe this so hard for people to understand.
