Not in our area. NO abortions available. But paps smears. Testing for aids (without the local gossips knowing and birth control. I know many young professional women and those in poverty line Use our local PP. We have no OB/GYN for 40-50 miles Very rural

It was the local PP who reported tte aids epidemic in Southern Indiana. ( all related to drug use ). Because the community heads to four different counties for hospital use/lab work. It was the hub that made the connection

NO abortions are done in our area.

Rush said if they have to they’ll take him out “outside” the system. That sounded like an assassination to me. There was a little silence like someone was talking to him then he said “They’ll take him out by using the convention” or something like that.

To all of you who think Tom Cotton is “all that” and not establishment, look where he was this weekend.

I’m going to post the following a bunch today. I’m not saying people are idiots but I am swaying that not everyone knows those who vote in the primaries are not the delegates that will be voting at the convention.

Here ‘tis:

I hope everyone understands that very few of the Cruz and Trump voters are delegates. Delegates are the republican governors and congress folks, County Chairman...in other words they’re chosen by the elite.

Just because Cruz were to get 42 delegates in Florida if he doesn’t get enough on the first vote ALL 42 are then allowed to vote for their favorite sons Bush or Rubio or whoever they’re told to vote for.

In fact, I doubt all of Texas delegates will vote for Cruz after the first ballot. It’s the same with Trump.

That’s why I say we need to support the one man they’re most scared of. I beg Cruz voters to vote for Trump so he can win it on the first count.

They did not discuss who to stop Cruz at their meeting this weekend.

Ok great.

I would only object to the birth control if it were sullied to underage girls without parental consent.

Thanks for the mention.

Trump does not own “his” delegates. The vast majority are the gopE. He has nothing to do with it. Once they’re free to change their vote they’ll do what they’re told by the gopE.

I’ll post this again to you:

I promise that video did not change one Cruz supporter’s mind.

And they’re going to be shocked when on the second ballot at the convention most of Cruz’s delegates abandon him.

I’ve said there are two issues for me:

Building a wall and stopping the muslims. Trump is the only one who has said he’ll do it. In fact, he’s the only to bring it up in the beginning.

There is one more issue that’s even more important. The republican party has to be stopped and Trump is the only who can do it. I’m not sure he will, but he’s the only one who can. If the republican party is not stopped there’s no use in having elections.

I swear I thought I heard Rush say something like that this morning.

Correct. The delegates only "belong" to their candidates in the first round, when it's determined whether anyone has a majority delegate count (more than half). The pledged delegates are just representatives of the party assigned to a candidate based on popular vote, not based on their support for that candidate (except for Caucuses, where you select pledged delegates based on whom they support).

If no candidate has a clear majority, it goes to a brokered convention, in which case the majority of pledged delegates are "free" to vote as they choose, i.e. they become superdelegates. They will vote for the RNC's candidate of choice, which may be Rubio but is just as likely to be Jeb or Mitt.

The Democrats have it even worse. Bernie isn't that far behind Hillary in delegates assigned based on votes (something like 400 to 500), but her total delegate count is something like 3 or 4 times his because of superdelegates who vote for the DNC's candidate of choice. That means in the Democratic primary, a candidate not approved by the DNC doesn't have a fighting chance unless it's a landslide.

Okay, thanks for that too.

It does help to understand how PP might be reasoned in some situations.

I am glad to be able to understand that.

And I don’t believe for a minute they’ll let Cruz get enough to win on the first round. Graham is out there choking when he has to say “I can work with Cruz.” It’s all a ruse.

The only way they can stop Trump is to help Cruz keep him from getting to 1237. Then it’s who they want. And they’ll say “We just followed the rules.”

I beg Cruz supporters to see this scam that’s being pulled on them. Trump is the one the gopE is afraid of. Cruz is one of them. As is Sase, Scott, Cotton, all frauds that we supported.

The Cruz people are going to be scratching their heads when Bush or Romney is the nominee and asking themselves “How did this happen?” That’s the same thing the elites were asking at their secret meeting this weekend.

This is the last time I bring any of this up. People will believe what they want to believe until the truth is rammed down their throats.

By the way, it was the Huff Post that broke the story about the meeting and who was there.
