Think for a minute how remarkable this is: a Yankee, a New Yorker (who is pure New York, not a faux New Yorker) has just swept the entire formerly Confederate south save TX, with FL and NC pending.
Trump leads in WV and MD as well. As a historian, I just find that nearly unbelievable.
