EAST LANSING, Michigan --- Donald Trump continues to lead by 22 percentage points going into the Tuesday Republican Presidential Primary Election in Michigan. Trump (42%) has dropped 5 percentage points since our last poll Thursday night before the FOX News Channel debate in Detroit, but still is ahead of Ohio Governor John Kasich (19.6%) who gained 6%,Texas U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (19.3%)who gained 5%, Florida U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (9%)who lost 6%, and Dr. Ben Carson (4%) while 1% is voting for someone else and 5% are undecided according to the latest Mitchell/FOX 2 Detroit - Michigan Poll.

The real poll in Michigan is tomorrow.
If Rubio is in single digits, look for him to drop out this week. He can't afford to lose in his own home state. Dropping out will allow him to save face. He'll endorse either Cruz or Kasich. Probably Cruz.

Got a robo call from my congress critter this evening, urging me to support Rubio. I emailed him, to let him know that due to his supporting an ineligible, I'd vote against him in his next primary.
30 minutes later, "Keep the Promise PAC" called urging me to support Cruz. I told that caller that I won't vote for any ineligible. The nice PAC man hung up.
