Trump Denies Relationship With Gangster Robert LiButti

Donald Trump had a long relationship with a reputed New Jersey mobster, who gambled at the real estate billionaire's Atlantic City casino, flew on Trump's helicopter, and partied on his yacht, the gangster's daughter reportedly claims.

Trump has denied having a personal relationship with Robert LiButti, who was banned in 1991 from New Jersey casinos for his ties to the late Mafia boss John Gotti, Michael Isikoff, chief investigative correspondent at Yahoo News reports.

That same year, Trump's hotel casino in Atlantic City, the Trump Plaza, was fined $200,000 by New Jersey regulators for violating anti-discrimination laws involving complaints linked to LiButti's racist behavior inside the casino. Trump wasn't held personally liable for the discrimination violations, and there's no indication he was ever questioned in the 1991 investigation, Isikoff notes.

"I have heard he is a high roller, but if he was standing here in front of me, I wouldn't know what he looked like," Trump told the Philadelphia Inquirer in February 1991.

But Edith Creamer, the daughter of the late LiButti, who died in 2014, refutes that.

"He's a liar," she told Yahoo News in the course of two telephone interviews.

"Of course he knew him. I flew in the [Trump] helicopter with [Trump's then wife] Ivana and the kids. My dad flew it up and down [to Atlantic City]. My 35th birthday party was at the Plaza and Donald was there. After the party, we went on his boat, his big yacht. I like Trump, but it pisses me off that he denies knowing my father. That hurts me."

Yet she said she's still a Trump supporter in his White House bid.

"I'm voting for Trump," she tells Yahoo News. "He'll change the world — I think we need that."

I’d rather that Trump had connections with this guy rather than Bill Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, Bernie Goldberg or any of the neo-con-artists that populate the republican party.

what could be worse?

the times will come out with an article saying Mitt Romney was BFF with trump.

Cruz’ connection to Goldman Sachs:
His wife is one of tens of thousands of Managing Directors.
She handles a small fund of foreign investments out of the Houston office.

Meanwhile, Trump owes at least $250 million to Duetschebank, the bank that not only caused the financial collapse in Europe, but also funds the 1% movement.

I should have added extreme sarcasm alert. I know he has disavowed the Klan.

But in light of this other gangster connection, my point was that no matter how many times he disavows a gangster or the klan they will attempt to badger him with it.

Edit:

He owes at least $80 million to Deutschebank.

It COULD be way more than $80. The loans are valued at “Over 50 million,” “5 to 25 million” and “25 to 50 million.”

I am serious. And it is not a gotcha game. Trump using his name as a brand. That blurs the line between Trump, Inc and the Trump family. I didn’t create that confusion.

Put another way, if women’s went to one of Trump’s private residences and not a casino, it would be clear it was a personal visit. But for something like a vehicle, it is not so clear.

And if the association with that person is a problem, then personal vs. professional on the building, vehicle, etc. can begin to matter. That “guilt by association” concept has been around since long before Trump. He and his supporters don’t get to suspend it.

Scorched earth against Trump leading into a primary the following day. I just saw one thread taken down about Trump slandering warriors. This is mob ties.

It’s posted here, but it comes from out in MEDIA-LAND.

I hung out with the Bruno and Ballestreri kids in Milwaukee. Benny was a major babe, but I never took the chance. After all her father Frank’s most famous quote was, “He insulted me! To my face. Now they can’t even find his skin!”

As you said Trump’s name is his brand. In the casino and hotel business transportation is a vital cog to that business. I don’t know what else to say do some
research casinos and hotels fly big spenders everywhere all the time all of them do it. The big spenders expect it. yhey won’t go to your casino if you don’t provided those “perks”.

You two are arguing over helicopter rides, but DT also apparently went to the woman’s 35th birthday party and then hosted party attendees on his personal yacht. That seems pretty close to “women [going] to one of Trump’s private residences”, suggesting more of a personal visit and relationship than just giving perks to a high roller...

Geez. I know casinos fly whales. She said personal.

“Trump’s helicopter” could mean one from a Trump branded casino or his own, personal aircraft. Getting privledge on one does not guarantee priviledge on the other.

The difference matters here, and in other areas, like tax law.

So, a woman who's now dead (died in 2014) said that Trump knew her mobster father, and that she along with her father flew in the Trump helicopter along with Trump's family.

How convenient that she's no longer alive to confirm or refute the statements attributed to her.

Could this sentence in the article have been any more confusing????

But Edith Creamer, the daughter of the late LiButti, who died in 2014, refutes that.

SHE's still alive, HE's dead. Uggggh. Grammar is NOT the author's friend.

Okay I we t and read the article, it makes me mad that I had to read that trash and give him hit. It states that the birthday party was at the Trump Plaza. Gee I wonder if that cost $100,000 or $200,000 I can tell you I’d make an appearance as well.
