Makes good sense. We should definitely do this in USA too. We have lots of laws against disturbing the peace and creating public nuisances and all that, but the use of loud electronically amplified noise=makers in what are often residential neighborhoods... can still be a serious problem especially when done early in morning when you’re trying to SLEEP!
