Using businessman Donald Trumps degradation of women against him is a top strategy of super PACs working on behalf of Hillary Clinton, as they compile a dossier of sexist statements and Trump business practices that could be used against him in the general election.
Crude or sexist comments about women are part of the reason that women are supporting his Republican candidacy at lower rates than men, and provide an opening for Democrats, writer and advocate David Brock planned to tell Democratic audiences Saturday.

I met Abe at a restaurant in Santa Monica back in 1981. Nice guy. Old school, sardonic wit. He was fun.

Enjoyed his character, “Fish”, in “Barney Miller” back in the day.

So he wasn’t a dick like Chazz Sheen? Good to know.
I vaguely remember “Barney Milller” and “Fish”. I was a baby a**hole back then. :)
See that Seamus, I call it the way I see it, especially for myself.

He looked so much older than he actually was- even back in 1972 - Godfather time frame. And Al Pacino looked like a kid in that flick.

Wilford Brimley’s like that too - he looked 75 when he was 45. Sparky Anderson too.

RE Wilford Brimley:
I remember him best from “The Thing” (1982), with Kurt Russell. Great Sci-fi/monster flick... one of my favorites.

“Wilford Brimleys like that too - he looked 75 when he was 45. Sparky Anderson too.”
Brimley should have won an Oscar for his 20 minutes in “ Absence of Malice” I think 1980- or 81.
Sparkey Anderson lived near me in Thousand Oaks, Ca. I used to see him at the supermarket and Post office. Everyone loved the guy. VERY outgoing and friendly to all.

Russell born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA. Still lives there, I think. Must be T.O Day here : )

That’s a Paul Newman flick I haven’t seen yet. It’s on my list.
Not surprised about Sparky - his genuineness came thru the TV when he was managing. First manager to win a WS in both the NL and AL.

Don’t miss it. It goes after newspapers and reporters with an undaunted fervor. Surprised a bit that Newman made it, but I have often said Newman was the only un-phony liberal in America.
Sparky was a real nice guy, also funny.

Paul Newman: A liberal, but “tolerable”. I don’t shun him like I do most others. RIP.
Sparky: He was like “America’s Grandfather”. RIP.

They would do this against ANY opponent,
but Trump will fight back,
pointing out Hillary’s rapist-enabling past.

My Mom saw PN and JW having dinner in Boston ~30 years ago. He smiled at my Mom and she never forgot it; she’d mention it from time to time.

RE Newman:
“Cool Hand Luke”... the man who just wouldn’t stay down.
One of the best flicks ever.
